So yeah, after listening to a few Bendy fansongs, my mind wandered. "Hey, let's make an AU where some of the RP characters replace the roles of the existing characters!"

Buckle up, cause I'm gonna do some explaining (I got some backstory junk for this).

Gaster is in Henry's role, and was also a cartoonist. In this universe, he has no kids, but he did love the little characters he'd draw (especially the main character, Pap) and would act fatherly towards some of the other staff, like Pal. He is blind in his right eye (like how normal G has difficulty looking through that eye socket) and will sometimes simply keep it closed since there's no reason to keep it open. No one really knows how he became partially blind, but it must have something to do with the scars on his face and the bandages he keeps wrapped around his hands. Whenever someone would ask or try to remove the bandages, he'd usually move away, panicky and trying to say that it was nothing. Also, bonus fact: He would sometimes call the little skeleton "Pappy" when animating him or showing off a sketch to someone.

Pap was the main character of the cartoon, which means he takes Bendy's place. He keeps traits from both his normal self and from Bendy, being kind most of the time yet having a mischievous streak. After his cartoon was abandoned, he grew resentful and hated his creators. When brought to life, his image warped to reflect this anger, becoming larger and sprouting horns and fangs. In this form, he travels through ink or will crawl along the floor (he doesn't have legs). That doesn't sound too bad, but he's much faster than you'd expect, sometimes reaching running speed. I have a bad habit of giving characters like this a creepy tongue, so he has a creepy ink tongue and will lick his (non-existent) lips when he doesn't see G. He is actually based off of Pal due to him and Gaster's good relationship. His actual name is Papyrus, but they shortened it for the kids.

Pal was a younger coworker of G's, replacing Sammy Lawrence. He basically acted the same way he does in RPs, usually acting aloof and/or moody. When someone caught him in a good mood, however, he'd be a great friend. One could usually find him in a recording booth, strumming a guitar. After the studio was shut down, he found himself trapped inside and slowly lost his mind, believing that Pap was his savior that would free him from that place. He grew to be more violent and less caring. Y'know those times where he loses it and starts attacking people? Yeah, he acts like that basically all the time. Upon seeing Gaster again, he didn't really recognize him, instead knocking him out and, well, you already know what happens. Kinda ironic how Pap was based off him, then he turned around and became a follower of the dude and even wears a mask based on him.

That's all I have rn, but take a guess at who Boris and Alice will be! I don't have any other characters yet, like the Butcher Gang, but I'm getting there.
