Alex's pov

I waited for Andy outside of the boys bathroom i sighed as i knew that i had to wait for a long time see its been 2 weeks since i started school and Andy decided that we should go walk around town than going to our homes which was fine by me my parents would probably arrive home late by night.I heard the door open as Andy stepped out "ready" i nodded as we walked out of the schools gate "so where are you planning on taking me Andy?"

i asked curious "well i thought you wanted to get to know more about this place so im taking you to my secret hiding spot" i looked over at him "you kidding thats awesome" i said as i grabbed his arm and hugged it he seemed a bit uncomfortable by it as we walked around the streets.

There were dead trees with no leaves which was almost halloween,houses were decorated with pumpkins and other cool things,cars were speeding down the busy streets i checked my watch and it was about 2:40 i shrugged and continued to look up ahead.

After a few good minutes of walking Andy told me to close my eyes as he placed hands so i couldnt see i laughed as i heard that he almost tripped over some branches "Andy are we there yet?" "almost there" he said behind me which gave me shivers "okay open them" Andy said as he released me i opened my eyes and we were inside the forest,there was a small river with some animals and the trees here were beautiful

"hey Alex,do you like it?" Andy interrupted my thoughts i blushed a bit "y-yeah its pretty neat,how did you find this place" i said as i looked that he was up on a tree sitting on a branch "well my parents and i had a fight once and i escaped from my house and i ended up here" i nodded as i made my way to Andy as i struggled with getting on the tree "need help" he offered "no thanks i can do it"

"okay?" he said as i saw him looking forward i placed my leg on a small branch and i slipped as Andy grabbed my arm "need help"

he asked again "yeah yeah i do need help" i said as i grabbed his arms for support as i sat beside him without breathe "so where is your dad working right now?" he asked "o-oh hes been working at funeral home" i said maybe ill freak him out "really? that cool so guess ill call you the morticians daughter" he laughed as i laughed along

"yeah so hes working there and also in a company i dont remember the name,but at least he has a job,my mom works at taking care of kids and in a grocery store" i said remembering one time i went and i had no idea she worked there cause i just went to buy food so she surprised me and then told me to help her "thats cool" then there was a weird and awkward silence.

I decided to talk "s-so what are you planning on doing on halloween?" "dont know maybe just dress up with a bunch of makeup,how about you?" i shrugged "i have no idea" i chuckled "well lets get down my ass hurts" he said as he jumped down i looked down and felt dizzy "come on ill catch you" andy said with his arms opened

"i dont know" "come on i wont let you fall,i would never let you fall" i smiled a bit as i breathed and jumped and embraced for the impact that never happened i opened my eyes and Andy held me tight im surprised he can lift me "t-thanks Andy" i said as i let go of him. Andy next said that we should go and eat something we stopped by at burger king as we both ate those delicious greasy burgers Andy kept looking at my joy of eating the burgers

"im still hungry" i said after i finished it "wow! are you pregnant or something?" my eyes widened "w-what?! of course not" i defended as i stood up and brought a strawberry smoothie "do you one Andy?" i asked he shook his head "no thanks,but can you give me a sip" as i stopped drinking and handed him my drink.

We walked out of the restaurant as we walked to the streets we have walked a lot and we were a bit far from home "here" he gave me the cup and it was almost empty i growled "sorry i got carried away,promise ill buy you one" he said as i dumped the cup away.

"so where to next" "i have no idea" he said as we both laughed "so Andy i can help with some songs if you like" i offered since i remembered that he wants to be in a band "ill tell you when i need help okay?" i nodded "okay". Andy and i sat on the park it was pretty dark we continued talking and i looked at my watch "oh fuck Andy you know what time it is?!" i panicked a bit "no why"

"its nine forty Andy my parents are gonna kill me" i said as we stood up from the swings "okay lets go" he said tired we walked to our houses i told him goodbye and everything and i ran to my house "please don't be home yet" i said while running i reached the door and as soon as i was about to open it my parents stood there.
