Disclaimer: again, I'm not a professional at this and literally don't know what I'm doing.

A lot of these may not make sense as I'm a noob. So let's just try to bear with it as much as we can-

Also, before proceeding on reading this book. I hope you all have read the notes and warnings from the previous chapter.

I don't want to hear or see unnecessary complaints/rude comments after I've already warned you.

This book has been put as "Matured Content". The words speaks for itself.

A lot may be triggering/disturbing as this IS a mafia gang/family au/plot of the book.

Anyways, let me know if I'm missing anything, comment positive and encouraging words.

If you have anything to correct or inform me about, please do be kind about it in the comments.

Follow instructions and let's not be stubborn :)

"Man down!" A group of men runs in the building, carrying another boy who was supposedly the one injured as he holds his bleeding leg.

"Guys, I'm fine-"

"Shut up, Yangyang, you're literally bleeding all over me!" A boy yells at him as they stumble through one of the rooms; the clinic.

There were two people in the clinic, a raven haired boy and a purple haired boy. Both were minding their own business, not really busy until now.

"Yangyang's injured." The boy who previously yelled at the said injured boy announces.

"I'm fine, Re-"

"Ah yes, we can see he's currently bleeding a lot." The raven haired boy comments with a sigh escaping his dry lips.

He gestures for them to lay this Yangyang guy down on the vacant hospital cot, the latter letting out a grunt once he's fully lied down as comfortably as he can.

The raven haired boy immediately gets up on his feet, putting on his gloves as he starts treating the injured boy.

Noticing he's lacking some help, he simply rolls his eyes and calmly says, "hyuck, come help me here before I tattle on you to the boss."

The purple haired boy who was previously ignoring them and playing some type of mobile game, drops his phone on the table and rushes to his friend's aid.

"How the hell did you get shot this time?" The raven haired boy begins to ask, applying more pressure on the wound to stop the bleeding.

"Ow! Can you atleast be more gentle?" Yangyang scolds, his bleeding leg flexing in instinct almost coming in contact with the raven haired boy's chin.

"We were already exiting the building, you know, completing our task peacefully for once." The boy from earlier speaks up on Yangyang's behalf- at first.

The injured boy lets out a quiet huff as he crosses his arms, now almost forgetting his bleeding leg as he couldn't quite focus on the pain.

"But then this bitch got us caught and started shooting." The boy continues, glaring at Yangyang from the back as the two doctors in the room chuckles.

"Be more focus and careful next time, again, Yangyang. Or else you'll get in huge trouble later on." The purple haired boy snickers.

"I hope the underboss gives him suspension," still sulking, the others quietly laugh at the boy behind Yangyang as they continue to treat the latter's wound.

Some time later, a boy quietly walks in the clinic with a small knock on the door as he scans the people in the room.

His eyes set on the raven haired boy holding a white cloth soaked with gore, "do you need anything, Lele?" The elder boy asks paying a quick glance to the newcomer.

The Lele boy nods and smiles, "you've been called for a meeting." He informs while taking a step inside the room.

"But I'm busy," the raven haired boy said, gesturing at what he's currently occupied with.

"Yeah, I can see that." Lele chuckles softly and shakes his head, "but this is really important. I think you've been assigned on another mission, if I heard correctly."

"You need to stop listening in on other people sometimes." The sulking boy mutters quietly, Lele sticking out his tongue at him immaturely.

"Can you tell them to give me a minute?" The raven haired boy asks, now fully turning to look at the younger boy by the door.

Shaking his head, Lele shrugs back to his words. "Sorry, but you know they can be impatient and all. They won't take 'no' as an answer, remember?"

Pursing his lips, the raven haired boy soon clicks his tongue in annoyance and stands up. "Hyuck, take care of him while I'm out." He instructs.

The purple haired boy, Hyuck, groans loudly- quite annoyed with his friend. "Oh come on! Doie hyung already took his leave today for another mission, not you too!"

Snorting in amusement, the raven haired boy only ignores his whining as he takes off his gloves and coat before grabbing his backpack.

"Too bad, just continue treating Yangyang better and make sure Renjun doesn't pull out his gun to shoot him himself." Cracking a grin at the end.

The purple haired boy looks back at Renjun, not surprised when he sees the elder boy continuing his sulking while Yangyang mutters some incoherent words.

"Ugh, fine." He said, more likely in defeat and proceeds to aid the injured leg in front of him.

Glancing at the younger boy by the door, he shows his best pout at him and whines, "Lele~ don't leave hyuckie alone here, please?"

Scrunching his face, Lele just lets out a loud laugh and waves him off in response. "Not sorry, but I'm also needed back in the building."

"Bunch of bastards." Hyuck grumbles about, turning away.

The raven haired boy smiles anyway, giving the three boys a pat on the shoulder- a gentle one for Yangyang, who grins happily.

"Alright, I'm heading off now." He announces as Lele follows behind him. Closing the door as he quickly catches up to the elder boy.

"I took an uber, so don't even start." He mutters, cracking a smile once he hears a wheeze from the raven haired boy.
