The scene opens up in South Dakota, as M4 and the AR Team were helping out a group of civilians as they were opening fire on several Hybrids as they got the civilians to a Helicopter and then they went near a small part in a city, as they were crossing a street.

M16: Damn, this place must've been wrecked.

They kept moving until they saw beetle-sized creatures, known as Crawlers, get on them.

RO: AH S**T, GET THEM OFF!

AR-15: GET THEM OFF, GET THEM OFF, GET THEM OFF!!

Everyone got infected as it was only M4 left, and she kept trying to brush off the crawlers, but she ultimately failed, and she got infected. She and the rest of the AR team were brought to a Neural Control Center and they were put into cargo crates. As the center was built on a port, the boxes were used to house the infected T-Dolls.

In SRPA 3, San Francisco...

Major Evan Steele, the Commanding Officer of Echo Team, said this to the other Sentinels in Tac-Com.

Maj. Steele: What's the sitrep on the Anti-Rain Team?

Tac-Com Sentinel: Sir, the Chimera just infected and captured them. We just lost DEFY and 404, too. They were all sent to Sioux Falls, and they're now in San Diego.

Maj. Steele: I want Echo Team on the task. Where are they?

Tac-Com Sentinel: Arizona, Sir.

Maj. Steele: Send an Osprey. They're going to San Diego.

An SRPA V-22 Osprey was sent to Phoenix, Arizona. And then Echo Team was seen protecting a group of civilians as Mike was firing his G36K at the Chimera, and it was fitted with the C-Mag he uses. Then, several Hybrids are killed, and Dave fires his SCAR-L at two Steelheads. And a Brawler is lit on fire by Matt using an M870 MCS with Incendiary Rounds. Then Kayli fires an M1014 at two Hybrids, and she pulled out her P30. And she shot a third Hybrid. Then a Brawler is shot on the face by Mike as he loads a new C-Mag into his G36K and unloads it onto the heat stacks and the heat stacks are burning, and then he kills the Brawler. The Civilians were safe now as the Osprey lands and takes Echo Team, and US Marines came and kept the Civilians safe. The pilot explained to them about the AR Team, Squad 404, and Task Force DEFY in Colorado, now taken to a Neural Control Center. That's when the Black Ops inside opened a weapon crate as Matt opened it, and he grabbed a Colt RO933 Commando, and Kayli grabbed an HK MP7A2 with a Silencer. Every weapon was now suppressed, as everyone got off the Osprey as they were in San Diego, California. The Black Ops were now armed with newly-introduced SIG-SAUER MCX Assault Rifles. And they were chambered for the 300. AAC Blackout Round, and then they killed two enemies as Dave used a Silenced AXMC in 338. Lapua Magnum, and then he shot a Hybrid on the head with his AXMC. Then everyone else breached the gate of the Port, and then Hybrids protected by Shield Drones pinned them down from entering the buildings inside the port. But a Black Ops Soldier with an AX50 shot the drones and everyone killed the Hybrids as they breached the insides quietly as a familiar Black Ops Soldier, which was actually Mathison, had grabbed WA2000 by the back, and he subdued her.

Mathison: I'll stay with WA. You guys go on ahead.

Mathison still had his HK433 but it had a silencer, then everyone else started going from corridor to corridor, breaching all rooms, then Matt went inside of a room where he fights M4 Then he got stabbed by M4, but he grabbed the knife, threw it away, and knocked out M4. Matt's wound started regenerating, and it was very quick. 

Mike, on the other hand, was fighting 416, and right after that, 416 kicked his leg to make him lose balance. But he dodged 416's foot, to prevent her from knocking him out as he Punches 416 on the face when she turned around, then she punched Mike on the gut, be he ended up kicking 416, making her lose balance and knock herself out by hitting her head on a pipe.

Kayli was stuck with SOP2 as she used a 40MM Tear Gas round as Kayli was coughing and left the room and then she started to fight SOP2, and then she got ahold of SOP2 on her head, as Kayli used her legs, and SOP2 tried to get her off and she succeeded, but to only get an uppercut that ended up making her go unconscious.

All three of them purged the virus from their systems as in a reprogramming room, 45, 9, M16, AR-15, RO, AK-12, AN-94, and AK-15 were almost done with their reprogramming, until someone fired a Supressed Glock 21 and shot the two Menials inside. A Black Ops soldier came and disabled the reprogramming. Effectively keeping them in a normal state as the virus was purged from their neural clouds. Then two Hybrids are killed by the Black Ops soldier, with his MCX as AR-15 awoke after her systems were rebooted.

AR-15: What the hell happened?

Black Ops Soldier: You're fine now, alright? We just need to get you and the others out.

The Black Ops soldier removed the silencer on his G21 and fired at the ceiling. Waking the others up.

Black Ops Soldier: WAKE THE F**K UP!

The Black Ops soldier shoots a Hybrid with his MCX, then he reloads as he gave all of them their weapons and they started fighting their way out and regrouped with Echo Team, except for David, as he was still in his Sniping Position, then everyone fought their way out of the Neural Control Center and left.
