Carrie Fisher was an American actress, writer, producer, and humorist. She was the daughter of singer Eddie Fisher and actress Debbie Reynolds. Fisher was known for playing Princess Leia in the Star Wars film series. Her other film roles included Shampoo,The Blues Brothers ,Hannah and Her Sisters, The 'Burbs ,and When Harry Met Sally... 

Fisher was also known for her semi-autobiographical novels, including Postcards from the Edge and the screenplay for the film of the same name, as well as her autobiographical one-woman play and its nonfiction book, Wishful Drinking, based on the show. She additionally served as a script doctor, working on other writers' screenplays.In later years, she earned praise for speaking publicly about her experiences with mental health and drug addiction.

Fisher died at the age of 60 on December 27, 2016, after going into cardiac arrest during a transatlantic flight four days earlier.

When i was young..i remember my father showing me the very first Star Wars films,i was captivated by it's story line and it's amazing cast, I wanted to be a jedi and fight against the dark side but Leia was the one who got my attention. She was bold,brave,young and knew exactly what to do. I wanted to be just like her but no one will become as great as Carrie. I loved her performance in Star Wars like who doesnt and Blues Brothers even if she appeared a few minutes. 

Carrie like many other who passed away wouldn't want to see us mourn for her but to be happy.She like everyone else will live inside us and on the big screens. Our princess has left us all i can say is that the force was with you Careie for all these years.Thank you for teaching us that woman can also be as brave like you.
