I laid in my favorite place to be; Ricky's arms. We were watching the credits roll to the end of a movie when he started to run his hand along my arm. I glanced around and realized everyone else had fallen asleep, and it was just him and I left awake.

"I can't believe how long we've managed to stay here without getting caught." He said. Ricky talked at a low tone. I assumed it was not to wake the others, but it also felt like efforts to calm me.

"We've had a couple of close calls. Mostly all my fault." I admitted.

"We've all had our share of fuck ups," He snickered, "But we recovered from them because we had each other. Listen, if they ever do find us, I don't want you to worry about me."

I lifted my head from his chest to look him in the eyes, "Ricky-"

"Please." He interrupted me, "I'll find my own way out. I don't want you to get caught because you were worrying too much about me. Just promise me?"

"I-... Okay. Only if you promise to do the same for me." I replied, "Why did you bring that up?"

"I've been meaning to mention it for awhile. I just... I don't know. Something doesn't feel right tonight and I thought I should tell you that. I also want you to know how much I love you." He said.

I buried my head against the crook of his neck, "Ricky, don't say those things. You're just being paranoid and you're going to make me paranoid."

"You have to admit, there's no way we're going to be able to be here much longer before they find us." He spoke as he held me to tight, yet so delicately.

"You're right," I muttered, "I love you too. You're the best damn thing that's ever happened to me."

Ricky kissed my forehead, "That goes both ways. Come on. Let's get to bed."

He stood up as he swept my legs off his lap. I was comfy where I was, not to mention overly tired, and didn't move. Ricky knew I wasn't getting up so he picked me up bridal style. I fell asleep before we even made it to the bed. He spoke almost as if he knew something bad would happen. I'm scared now, but I hope that he might just be worrying too much. He sits and thinks so much while he has his smokes that I'm sure he lets his mind wonder too far.

At some point in the night, I woke up and couldn't fall back asleep. I still rested in my lover's arms, feeling so content. My mind was cloudy though. I understood why he said something didn't feel right, because it doesn't. Great, now I caught his paranoia. I sat up, kissing him as I did so. The clock read 3AM. I got up out of bed, only wearing my hockey jersey and girly boyshort cut underwear.

I'm sure I was a mess but I'm not going to run into anyone at this time. I walked to the kitchen and wondered over to the fridge. Fuck, I guess I'll have a glass of milk. I set the carton on the counter, then grabbed a class from the cupboard. As I turned around to the counter again, I was slightly startled to see Reese standing behind me.

"What are you doing up?" I asked her at a whisper.

She shrugged, "Couldn't sleep."

I sighed, "Do you want some milk?"

"Sure." She responded.

I grabbed another glass for her. She took it after I poured the milk for her. Reese must be restless like her brother. Her and I stood in the kitchen quietly, drinking our milk without conversation. I liked this quiet. She was a bit of a blabber mouth though and she couldn't stand it.

"Why does Ryan hate me?" She suddenly asked.

"He doesn't hate you." I responded, "He just doesn't like you in a romantic way."

"But why?" She whined.

I let out a deep breath I was holding onto, "Because, Ryan just doesn't do relationships. He's a cold fish when it comes to love. Don't take it personally. Plus being Ricky's little sister, you're like a little sister to all of us."

Reese was about to say something on the topic, but changed her direction when she heard a beeping, "What is that?"

"Oh," I looked over to the flashing light on a monitor on the back counter, "It's one of the motion detectors. It's probably just a deer or something."

"I haven't seen any deer out here." She said.

"What do you think the meat in tonight's stew was made out of?" I replied.

Her expression fell and I only laughed. The little princess didn't think it was steak, did she? Where exactly would we find a cow out here? I set my empty glass down in the sink. For a moment, I let my tiredness get to me and I rested my hands on the edge of the sink. Then I looked out the window and paused when I saw a little red light out there. Fire flies aren't red... Oh shit.

I grabbed Reese by the wrist and pulled her down to the floor. She yelped as her glass shattered next to her. No doubt, shards hit both of us. The window then shattered as we hit the ground. Most the glass fell onto her, making her scream. I looked back at the fridge and saw the dart that had just broken our window.

"What the fuck?!" She cried.

"They've found us." I replied, "Go wake the others."

Reese hesitated for a moment. I couldn't blame her. I yelled at her to get going and she found her confidence then. She ran towards the bedrooms, going through each as quickly as possible. I followed her and did the same. I heard banging on the front door. They're trying to break it down. Ricky, somehow being wide awake after I just pulled him out of bed, went to the linen closet at the end of the hall. He pulled out two pistols, handing one to me.

"Shoot neck up. They'll have everything else armored. The neck is your best bet." He instructed us.

The door broke down and Mike made a clear shot through the throat of the first solider, "I don't suppose you have a plan outside of shooting?"

"Get our asses our of here." I replied.

"Go to the garage. I'll be right behind you." Ricky told me.

"But-"

"Just go! I love you!"

I stole the quickest kiss from him, "I love you too."

Chris told Angelo to go with me. All they want is to protect us because they love us. I understand that, but I don't want to leave him behind. They were right behind us like they said. That is, until Chris' gun ran out of bullets. One of the feds caught him at just the right angle and a tranquilizer went into his back. He yelled out in agony as he fell to his knees.

In a moment of trying to reload, a fed grabbed Ricky. I went to aim to kill the bastard, when I realized it was too risky of a shot. I could easily end up shooting Ricky. They jabbed a needle into his neck from behind as he fought to get out of the fed's arms. Once that serum was in him though, he was out. I didn't even know where most the others were, but I remembered what Ricky had told me earlier that night.

"Let's go!" Mike yelled, pushing the rest of us further down the hall.

We ran out into the garage. My mind was pretty numb after I just saw them catch Ricky. Was there even a point for me to fight anymore? I went along with the others to protect them, but there was no need in protecting myself. Now is a time that I was very thankful for that beautiful Chevy of Mike's. Unfortunately the power was out and the garage door wasn't going to go up.

This is Mike we're talking about though. He did it just like in the movies; backed straight through the fucker. The rest of us had to duck our heads from bullets raining towards the car as he backed out. The engine of the car roared, reaching higher speeds. Camaro's are race cars. They're meant to go fast. Of course there was cops right on our ass as we started to drive down the highway.

"Everyone okay?" I asked.

Reese was sat in the front with Mike. Angelo and I were in the back. How the Hell did we even make it? The car was going so fast I thought I was going to puke. I'd rather hurl once than be sent back to the big house. Reese and Mike were fine. Then I looked to Angelo for confirmation. He had his hand pressed to his rib cage and silent tears going down his soft face.

"Angelo?" I questioned him, getting no response.

I put my hand to his wrist, making him move it back so I could see. There was blood soaking his shirt. Fuck, he got shot. Ryan, I assume, got taken down back there so we have no one who knows how to get that out.

"Is he okay?" Reese asked.

"No, he was shot." I replied, "Reese, give me your jacket."

She pulled off her hoodie and handed it to me. I wrapped it around Angelo's torso and pulled it tight to help stop some of the bleeding. Was this really worth the fight anymore? Angelo needs help that we can't give him. I honestly don't want to live without Ricky, and I don't see any way we'll get away from the feds now.

The car suddenly began to spin out of the control. They must've shot out one of our tires. Mike set go of the wheel and just let us burn out. There was nothing else left to do. I looked up and saw we were surrounded on all sides. There was no fight left. We had lost.

"Angelo needs help that we can't give him." I said.

"I know. They've got Rayne anyways." Mike responded.

I knew what he meant. I feel the same way knowing they have Ricky. The guns were all pointed at us and they were telling us to stand down. We all looked around at each other. Mike turned at saw Angelo barely holding on.

"We had a good run while it lasted." He said optimistically.

I stared numbly at him, "Yeah."

Mike frowned, but tried to smile. "Under the moon." He said.

I'm the only one that understood what he meant, but it did mean a lot to me. We might be apart but we're still together under the moon. Mike was the first to surrender. He opened the car door, stepping out. The feds stiffened up as they watched him closely. He raised his hands above his head and began to walk forward. Once he was close enough, one of the officers grabbed him and threw him over the hood of the Hummer.

"Reese, listen to me. I want you to step out ahead of me and wait for me to get behind you." I told her.

"Why?" She asked.

"As far as they're concerned, we took you as hostage." I responded as I pulled the clip out of my gun.

She understood and stepped out. Reese walked down to the other side of my car door. As I stepped out of the car, I grabbed her and put her in front of me. I put the empty gun to her head, but they had no idea it wasn't loaded.

"Let the girl go, Sola." The commander said, "It's over."

"I'll let her go, on one condition. You shot Angelo and he's bleeding heavily. I want you to get him some help." I told them.

"We will. We have an ambulance on their way. Is there anything else you want?" He asked.

I stood still for a moment, "Let me see Ricky."

"He's unconscious. We sedated him." He replied.

"I don't give a fuck," I scoffed, "Let me see him."

The chief nodded towards one of his officers. Two of them walked to the back of the convoy and opened it. One said in surprise that he was awake already. Of course he is. He's a tough son of a bitch. They pulled Ricky out of the back of the convoy. I just wanted to see that he was okay. His hands were heavily restrained and there was a gun pointed to his head incase he tried anything.

I let go of Reese, now that I had what I wanted. I dropped the gun on the ground and put my hands in the air. Four officers rushed over and threw me into the asphalt. They hogtied me, then picked me up and threw me into the back of one of their trucks. The truck doors shut, leaving me surrounded by cops looking for any excuse to shoot. They told me how sick I was of a human being. Nothing I haven't heard before.

"Where are you taking me?" I asked.

"Supermax." One replied, "ADX Florence."

"You're not going to get out of there like you did Graham." Another said.

"Yeah, and you'll never see your precious boyfriend again, fag." Another laughed.

I wanted to rip his throat out for speaking that way about Ricky. However I was a little tied up and had a lot of guns pointed at me. ADX is the most high security prison in the world. It's located in Denver, and that's where they keep the worst of them. Considering I am the worst, it was no surprise. I just hope he isn't serious about never seeing Ricky again. I don't want to live if I can't see him.
