Browselogger

Shio and Browselogger are a set of characters whom are both set in the digital world, with Shio being a happy-go-lucky boy with the job of a digital assistant, and Browselogger being a sadistic, twisted, and hellbent being that was replaced by Shio, permanently bound to the digital boy, the two are separate characters in one body.
When Shio is active, he helps the user in all things digital, and when Browselogger surfaces to steal code and Bitcoin, he ensures Shio never knows of his existence and the purpose they both serve.

Appearances:
Shio bears great similarities to Seb Moran, having the same orange beanie, black hair (in a similar style), fair skin, large, beady eyes (Shio's are black), white hoodie, and maroon pants.
However, Shio looks younger, has a white microchip pattern in his hair rather than a red streak, a white scarf with a black microchip pattern at the ends, and red shoes with gray plates on the top, bound by brown straps.

Browselogger, however, is a very far cry from Shio, having a very tall, close to bony body type, showing kneecaps, elbow joints, shoulder blades, and rib cage, clawed hands and feet, large white eyes bloodshot with black veins, small black irises and white pupils, constantly exposed sharp teeth, and an overall unfriendly look. He is almost entirely black, giving a charred or shady appearance, save for his neck, which has white flesh showing.

Personalities:
Shio comes off as a young boy, being silly, childish, and often making puns. Despite seeming unfit for his job of assisting, he can, and very often does, succeed in helping his users in all things he can. Be it correcting an essay, or keeping secrets safe, he achieves what he sees as his goal with impressive skill.

Browselogger, on the other hand, is an exact opposite. Cynical, silent, and often aggressive, he knows what he was meant to do, and will stop at nothing to ensure Infovault gets their info. He remains deep in Shio's code, only overriding it when he sees that there is sufficient information to where the user outlives their usefulness, and takes the chance to get 600 bitcoin out of them, or just knows it'll be too long to wait, and clear out his presence alongside Shio's.
When it comes to the funny digital boi, Browselogger absolutely despises him, seeing him as some kid who stole his purpose, and a pawn to use to continue going about it regardless.

Powers and Abilities:
Shio:
Glitching: Shio can glitch himself and anyone touching him, which can lead to absurd side effects, or total dysfunction of his attacker.
Scarf: Shio's scarf can act independently from him, and wrap itself like a snake around a target.
Ad Summoning: Shio can summon ads, bypassing most adblocking platforms.
Immersion: When Shio enters a digital world, he can use the abilities of any character in the game, with the pros of a Playable one, and few drawbacks.
Difficult Code: Shio is borderline impossible to hack, due to his code being so complicated. And any attempt to alter it will be overrided by Browselogger's codes. This also makes both of them impossible to read or duplicate.

Browselogger:
Glitching: Like Shio, Browselogger is capable of glitching, though his glitching is much stronger, allowing him to crash another spyware.
Claws: Browselogger's usual fighting will involve clawing through another entity's code, allowing him to override abilities, and read patterns.
Code Mastery: Being an AI, albeit defective, Browselogger can read through codes and prompts in mere seconds. He is also proficient at altering it to force various malware and characters to ally with him. He usually makes copies to fight alongside or for him.
Design Modification/Anti Copyright:
A part of their code will change a character's design automatically if they are not in Public Domain. The changes vary greatly and at random, so no two encounters can be the same. The changes usually tend to be minor design alterations, but can make a character's entire personality change, as well as design.

Both:
Undeletable: Neither of them can be deleted or removed permanently by the Internet. Trapping them in a USB drive will keep them from the full Internet for a while, but they always come back via the cloud, while the USB will become inert for some odd reason.

Weaknesses:
-Shio is unaware of the fact that he's a pawn in a big game, and about Browselogger's existence, as his memory of most users is wiped.
-Browselogger can crash a computer by surfacing, forcing him back into dormancy.
-Shio is incredibly naive, being a child physically, emotionally, and mentally. Essentially, he's a kid that never ages.
-Browselogger is very prone to aggressive outbursts, often prematurely surfacing, and ruining an attempt at info gathering.
-Neither Shio or Browselogger are truly in control of a game. The control exhibited is exclusive to a copy or particular round depending on if it's an online/multiplayer game or single player.
-Both are bound to the Internet, and cannot go through computer screens, meaning they cannot travel to consoles and home games.

Trivia:
-Shio's original name, Jokeware, was changed to differentiate from the Joker. Additionally, Shio sounded cooler.
-Both were planned for a cameo in @nabtastic's Applyfic, Press Start, but were scrapped. However, Browselogger does bizarrely appear in an Opinions Slot.
-A non-canon version of Shio was confirmed for a role in Gemstones, an Applyfic by @Johnrules1234, using the name "Jokeware Shio", the first appearance of Shio's new name, albeit as a last name.
-Browselogger used to have one eye constantly closed in his first design, which was removed a short time later in his V2 design, in which both eyes would show.
   -He also had a notepad for unknown reasons.
-Shio's design is inspired by Seb's scrapped appearance in Crafted Chaos.
-Shio was originally planned to be part of the story of Craftware, but due to Browselogger, and other reasons, he was adapted into his own character.
-Browselogger always holds hatred for Shio and Infovault, but continues serving his purpose for them.
-Browselogger is very limited in speech due to the voice box being stretched, and distorted past extensive use capabilities.
-If he goes past a certain limit, the voicebox snaps, and he won't be able to speak. When Shio's consciousness returns, and the body reverts, it fixes entirely. As a result, Browselogger spawns text and ads to communicate.
