While Sherlock and Mycroft know multiple other languages, John enjoys cussing them both out in Pashto (language spoken in Afganistan)  and giggles like a maniac because neither of them understand a word he's saying. 

He thinks it's great fun. He also enjoys using army slang,and the occasional Australian or American to confuse them even more.
