*Daisy's Point Of View*

School today, yay. Note the sarcasm. It's obvious something bad is going to happen this year. I just want to stay at home with dad.

I was still at the burrows with the Weasley's. Hermione had left now, she was only staying for a week.

I had started to talk to everyone again but I know that I'm forcing myself to do it.

We had come to Kings Cross station in the car and we were very late. "10:58! Come on! Come on!" Mr Weasley was shouting.

"The train will be leaving any moment!" Mrs Weasley shouted at us all.

"Fred, George, Percy you first." they all ran through the barrier. Ginny had now ran through. "After you dear." Mr Weasley said to Mrs Weasley and they did.

It was just Harry, Ron and I. "Let's go!" Harry shouted. They started running and so did I. We all crashed into each other. Odd, the gateway has sealed itself.

"Ouch!" I shouted, rubbing my back.

"Oy! What do you three think you're doing?" The station guard shouted at us. All our luggage was on the floor and so was my wand. I shuffled a bit so you couldn't see it. People were staring at us.

"Sorry, lost--lost control of the trolley." the station guard walked away tutting.

"Stupid muggles." I muttered.

"Why can't we get through?" Harry questioned.

"I don't know, the gateways sealed itself for some reason?" I said shocked.

"The train leaves at exactly eleven o'clock! We've missed it!" Harry says, looking at the clock.

"Harry, Daisy, if we can't get through, maybe mum and dad can't get back?" Ron said, panicking.

"Maybe we should just go and wait by the car." Harry said.

"The car..." Ron looked at us and smirked. Oh dear, what idea has he got now.

We all got in the car, Ron was driving. We started flying. "Ron, I should tell you, most muggles aren't accustomed to seeing a flying car."

"Uh, right...okay." Ron stuttered, hitting a button in the car. The boys were at the front of the car and I was in the back.

A little while later, the invisibility of the car faded and you could see the car again. "Oh no! The invisibility booster must be faulty!" Ron shouted.

"Well come on, then. Let's go lower. We need to find the train."

"Okay." Ron said nervously.

We were almost near the train tracks now. Ron flew us lower. "Now all we need to do is catch up with the train."

"We can't be that far behind."

I could hear faint train noises. I poked my head through the seat and said "Do you hear that?" I sat back and slowly turned my head around. "AHHHH!" We all screamed. There was the train. We were right in front of it.

"Wha-ahhhh." Harry had fallen out the car and was only holding on to the door handle.

"Harry! Hold on, take my hand! Hold on!" Ron shouted.

"I'm trying, your hands all sweaty."

"Ron, you continue driving, Harry grab on to my hand." I shouted while climbing through the gap and pulling Harry up with my hand.

"I think we found the train." Harry said, breathing out.

"Yeah." Ron and I said in unison.

We'd finally got Hogwarts. It was night time by the time we got there. "Welcome home." Ron said. He almost crashed into part of the school building.

"Up! Up!" Harry shouted to Ron.

"Take the car up Ronald!" I shrieked

"It's not working." he screamed trying his hardest to pull the car up.

"Ron! Mind that tree."

"Not the whomping Willow." I cried. Holding my hands over my eyes.

"Stop! Stop! Stop!" He started using his wand to try and stop the car but I heard a crack. I bet that was Rons wand.

The whomping Willow started smashing the car to bits. Rons wand had broke and finally the car fell to the floor. We got shot out the car with all our luggage and pets. Ron was talking to his rat. "The car....dads gonna kill me." Ron shrieked.

We ran in the castle, putting down our trunks and pets. "See you, midnight." I muttered to my owl.

"See you, Hedwig, so, a house elf shows up in my bedroom, we can't get through the barrier at platform nine and three-quarters, we almost get killed by a tree. Clearly someone doesn't want me here this year." Harry says as we climb the stairs. Mr Filch and Mrs Norris are there looking at us.

"Well, take a good look around. This night might well be the last you spend in this castle. Oh, we are in trouble." Filch said, tutting.

He lead us to the dungeons. Wait the dungeons? "No Filch you cant, he'll kill me." I screamed. He just laughed.

"What is it Daisy?" Harry asked curiously.

"He's taking us to my dad..." I gulped and so did Ron.

We walked into my dads office where he was sat reading the Daily Prophet. He looked at Harry and Ron and he sneered but when he saw me, his expression changed. It was shocked and disappointed. I looked down, not wanting to look at him. "You were seen by no less than seven muggles. Do you have any idea how serious this is? You have risked the exposure of our world. Not to mention the damage you inflicted on a Whomping Willow that's been on these grounds since before you were born." he shouted. I flinched at his tone of voice. It reminded me of the old times when I used to get told off, it would end with a beating and no food for a week.

"Honestly professor Snape, I think it did more damage to us." Ron said back.

"Silence!" He shouted again. I flinched even more. I was still looking at the floor and Harry was patting my back in reassurance. "I assure you that if you were in Slytherin-"

"But I am in Slytherin." I cut my father off.

He gave me that look. "Which you are Daisy, yes. If you were in Slytherin and your fate rested with me, all of you would be on the train home- Tonight! As it is...." He snapped. Someone cut him off.

"They are not, with the exception of Daisy. She is in your house. You have the responsibility of punishing her but not the others." Dumbledore spoke.

"Professor Dumbledore, Professor Mcgonagall." Harry said, surprised.

"Headmaster, these three have flouted the decree for the restriction of underaged wizardary. As such--"

"I am well aware of our bylaws, Severus, having written quite a few of them myself. However, as head of Gryffindor house, it is for Professor Mcgonagall to determine the appropriate action for Harry and Ron. You have the right to punish Daisy as you wish. But Severus, think about who it is you're punishing. Don't go to hard on her." He gave him that look with the twinkle in his eye. Oh.

Professor Mcgonagall set a punishment for Harry and Ron and they all left, leaving me and my dad. Great. "What an earth were you thinking today!" He shouted way to loud. I flinched at the echo of his voice.

"I'm sorry-" I started but he cut me off.

"You're sorry? You could have been killed. Why did you go with potter and Weasley? Do you realise how serious this is!"

"I had no choice but to go." I whispered back, I'm pretty sure I was crying by now. I was still looking at the floor.

"Look at me." he snapped and I flinched again. I looked up at him. "Daisy, don't cry, please don't cry." he walked over to me and did something I never thought he would, he hugged me. "Sometimes I forget about what happened in your past. I'm sorry, I'm sorry I wasn't there."

"I'm sorry for being stupid today." I cried in his shoulder. I noticed someone at the door, looking in. Dumbledore. He's so cheeky.

"As it is, I still have to punish you. You will have detention with Professor Lockhart, for a week and I'll take 10 points from Slytherin. Normally, I would write a letter home to your family but since I'm your dad, that can't really happen, it would be quite silly to write a letter to myself." I chuckled a bit.

"Your not going to send me home and expel me?  " I questioned, lifting my eyebrow up in confusion. Didn't he say that I would be on the train home tonight?

"Why would I do that? You'd have no where to go." He questioned.

"Oh yeah, true." I laughed.

"So, how were your holidays? What did you get up too?"

"Well after staying at Harry's for a week, they started being rude to him so, Ron, Fred and George came and got us and we stayed with Molly and Arthur Weasley. We went to Diagon alley where I got my books and I met Lucius Malfoy-"

He cut me off. "You met Lucius, what did he say?" He questioned me.

"He asked me why I was with a group of Gryffindork's, as he called them. He told me how Draco had told him about me and that he approves of me being friends with Draco. He also told me I would be a good death eater."

"He did, and what did you say?"

"I said I'll think about it but, I think I might. I don't know why, I think it will be the best for me."

"You'll have to think carefully about that, Daisy. You need to make sure it's what you want to do. Once you become one, there's no going back."

"I will, but I just think it's right. I think I'll mess everything up if I side with my brother."

"The choice is yours, go to bed now, goodnight Daisy."

"Goodnight dad." I walked out of the classroom and strait to my dorm. I just made one of the hardest decisions of my life and I'm sure that is the answer. I was going to become a death eater.
