**TW: mention of sexual assault**

Judas looked over to see Ashton standing there holding the shot gun. he looked seconds away from death as he pointed the gun at his dad.

"Put. Her. Down." His voice was deeper than normal.

Xavier looked at him with a smirk that reviled the devils

"awwe ash. you don't have to be jealous. You're next. now put the gun down. someone as pretty as you shouldn't have something so dangerous."

"DON'T FUCKING TOUCH HIM" Judas punched the bars

Ash stood there not even flinching at Xavier's words. 

"let her go."

"now why would i do that? if i let her go, i have no protection from you and that gun do i?"

Judith looked over at ash. she looked terrified but you could tell she wasn't done fighting. In the few seconds that they had locked eyes they seemed to create an entire plan without saying a single word.

"ill give you one more chance Xavier."

Xavier kept his eyes on Ashton but slowly moved his hand higher up Judith's thigh 

"you don't scare me Ashton. you don't have the guts to pull that trigger."

"I'm not the one you should be scared of."

In that moment Judith launched her self off the wall where Xavier had her pinned. Xavier fell in shock and quickly looked back at ash. Ash could have looked at the terror in his fathers eyes for hours but he knew he didn't have much time. He could feel his body aching. He pointed the gun at his father one last time and pulled the trigger, shooting his dad. 

Ash stood there for a moment. He couldn't feel anything. everything had gone numb. his vision started to blur and his body start to give out. He hit the floor and knew he was gonna die. but he accepted it. He could barely hear his brother and Judas scream his name and barely realized Judith had lifted the bars. 

Judas ran to his side as fast as he could while miles ran to Judith as he called the police. 

"Ash? Ash stay with me! please!" Judas begged as he shook ash lightly. He didn't want to admit it but deep down he knew Ash wasn't going to make it. There was to much blood.

Ash squeezed his hand as best as he could 

"I love you"

"I love you too.."

Ash gave a final smile before going limp in Judas' arms.
