Me or her. Ivy or Padme. I never thought something like this would happen to me. Anakin was my best friend we met since we were children we used to be with each other at all time that's until he met Padme who was older than us when we met. When we started to grow up he would speak about her and left me aside,i've had feelings for him for so long but he doesnt feel the same..he never did.

We would go on missions with Obi Wan and whenever i'd have the chance i would try to hint him that i liked him..either he ignored my hints or isnt interested in me. Everyone knows the jedi's rules but i chose to ignore it one night. 

One night i made it and stood behind a wall observing and hearing Padme's and Anakin's conversation,it was hard to listen at what they were saying so i took a peek and saw Padme finally walking away from Anakin. Slowly i made my way towards him,my feet felt heavy with each step i took.

"Anakin.." I whispered.

He turn to look at me surprised,"Hey Ivy..what brings you here?"

I met his dark brown eyes in which i could stare at them forever.My heart started to beat faster every second,shakily i placed my hand on that necklace Anakin made for me when i was little. I've done everything for him even on that one mission where he was about to get hit by a lightsaber so i stoof un front of him so he wouldnt get hurt..i ended up getting a scar permanently on my shoulder.

"We both know the rules of the jedi..it is forbidden to fall in love with someone..but..Anakin..i love you okay! there i said it." Anakin stared back at me and smiled a little. Anakin didnt respond to me that night,he only came closer and hugged me. I was waiting for an answer but he never did tell me.

You have to make a choice in order to save the galaxy. Those words kept repeating inside my head. "..Anakin?" I whispered making my way towards him.my eyes widened when i saw Padme close to him.

"..What is she doing here." I ask,jealousy in my voice.

"I should ask you the same." Padme says looking at me. "I happen to be Ani's best friend." Ani?! really what a stupid nickname. I try my best to not tackle her to the ground.

"Ivy..i made a choice on who i should stay with to save the galaxy." Anakin says meeting my eyes. I lighten up already knowing what he's gonna say.

 "I choose,Padme." my heart was never the same that day. I stayed in shock but quickly it became to anger, "Are you kidding me? Padme? Anakin we've been friends forever! I thought you felt the same. I thought you also loved me." I say tears falling down my cheeks.

"Goodbye, Ivy." Anakin said before i left running away from him. Anakin became Darth Vader later on and Padme ended up dead..if it werent for him he wouldve been here with me,i shouldve saved him..maybe he didnt wanted to be saved after all...if i only i went back to him when i had the chance....
