The phone rings. "Hello?" Franny picked up the phone. "Do you want to come over? Just Gabby, you and me?" Max told Franny from the phone.

"Sure." Franny nodded her mouth hung open, "See you later." Max quipped and hung up the phone. Franny put the phone back on the stand and she sat on her bed. She thought of hanging out with Max. Franny nodded and grabbed and then placed her shoes on her feet. She asked her mom to drop her off at Max's house.

They got in the car and drove off. "I'll be with Jim all day today, okay? Kirby's at work with Robin. She won't be home 'til 9 okay? See you later." Paola explained, Franny waved and closed the door.

Max and Gabby were outside skateboarding as they watched Franny walk up to them. "Hey," Max announced trying to d a trick with her skateboard. "Hey." Franny smiled.

Max tried to do a Rollie but failed. "Shit." Max slipped off the skateboard as an invisible force rolled it to El. Eleven picks it up and walked to Max and the others. Max looked at the two girls standing beside her.

El looked at Max who eyes her confusedly. "Hi." Eleven quipped. "Hi?" Max answered. Eleven looked at the two girls beside Max. "Hi." She told them, and they gave her a wave. Max and the others didn't know why El was talking to Max, El hated her when El saw Mike and Max bonding last year.

"Can we talk?" Eleven stammered as Max nodded, leading the girls into her house.

They all walked to Max's room. El explained about Mike. "Then he said he— he missed me," El explained, as Max paced. "And then he just hung up."

"Mike's never been like that before." Franny faced El. El nodded. "It's weird," El replied. "He's a piece of shit. Lucas is a better boyfriend than Mike." Max added.

"What?" Franny and El noted in sync. "Mike doesn't have jack shit to do today, and his Nana obviously isn't sick." Max acknowledged. "I guarantee you, he and Lucas are playing Atari right now," Max told them.

"But friends don't lie," El replied. "Yeah, well, boyfriends lie," Max noted. "Not Lucas though right?" Franny asked.

"At some point, he probably lied to you." Gabby entered the room getting snacks from Max's kitchen. Eleven looked at her blankly. "You're going to stop calling him. You're going to ignore his calls." Max explained. "As far as you're concerned, he doesn't exist," Max added.

"Doesn't exist?" El breathed. "He treated you like garbage." Max alleged. "You're gonna treat him like garbage. Give him a taste of his own medicine."

"Give him the medicine." El passed on. "Yeah. Give him that." Franny crossed her arms pacing. "Mm-hmm. And if he doesn't fix this, if he doesn't explain himself, dump his ass." Max asserted. El stared at him blankly.

"Come on," Gabby grabbed El's arms. "Where are we going?" El asked, "To have some fun!" Max laughed. "There's more to life than stupid boys you know." Max led the three out and walked to the nearest bus stop that'll take them to StarCourt.

They all sit on the bus. Max and Gabby are in two seats, El and Franny in the other. "Franny..." El called. Franny looked at her. "Is Lucas a good boyfriend?" El asked, Franny, nodded. "Yeah. He is. Don't worry if Mike isn't going to start being a good one. Like Max said." Franny explained.

"Dump his ass," El repeated. Franny nodded, "Yea." She smiled.

The bus arrived at the Mall and the girls follow them to get off. "So, what do you think?" Max asked. Eleven gazed worriedly at the Mall. "Hey, what's wrong?" Max asked.

"Too many people," El replied looking at Max. "Against the rules." Eleven gazed back at the Mall. "Seriously? You have superpowers. What's the worst that could happen?" Eleven smiled as they walked into the Mall.

Franny escorts Eleven into the center of the Mall. Eleven gazes around in wonder. "So what should we all do first?" Max smiled and giggled. Eleven looks at her blankly.

Max laughed. "You've never been shopping before, have you?" Eleven shakes her head. "Well, then I guess we're just gonna have to try everything." Eleven nods as Franny grabbed her hand and leads her into the GAP.

Eleven trails and looks at all the clothes Eleven could wear. Franny and the other smiled. She peruses racks of clothing. With her mouth hanging open she looks up and sees a blue shirt up on display.

"Do you like that?" Max asked. Eleven looked at Max. "How do I know... what I like?" She replied.

"You just try things on, it's pretty simple," Franny added, taking one of the shirts and handing it to Eleven. Eleven smiled at the blue shirt and goes to the try-on booth and comes out in the blue shirt. "Pretty," Eleven whispered. Franny nodded. "You look pretty."

"Can I try on more?" Eleven asked. Max nodded, "Go crazy." Gabby interjected, Eleven smiled and as Gabby said, she went crazy.

Eleven tries on yellow suspenders with the blue shirt. Franny held a yellow beret and Eleven snapped the suspenders. They laughed. Franny placed the beret on her head.

Next Gabby showed Eleven an all-white outfit as she grabbed it, Franny spotted an outfit she really liked. "As I said, go crazy." Gabby slightly gave Franny a soft push as she grabbed the outfit and went to go try it on. Franny and Leven walked out of the dressing rooms and looked at each other in their new outfits.

Now, the girls strutted in the mall, Max and her new sunglasses, Gabby and her sweater, Franny and El in their new outfits. They all looked at each other and smiled and laughed.

Gabby pointed to a photo studio where Franny grabbed Eleven's hand and rushed into the studio. In accessories and new wardrobes, they all pose. The photographer snapped photos of the girls striking cheesy poses.

"Wardrobe change, please!" The photographer called out happily smiling at the girls. "Wardrobe change! Thank you!"

Once they changed they posed dramatically for the photos. They shakes their head and posed for more. "Thank you." The guy hands Franny the photos as Eleven looks at them, she placed them into their bag and they walked to a shoe store.

Eleven walked in a pair of heels, Max and Franny helped El and she twists her ankle as cracking up and laughing.

Franny helped Eleven up. A group of girls including Stacy, who rejected Dustin last year, glances their eyes at them, the girls roll their eyes as Max, Gabby, Eleven and Franny burst into laughter.

They walked out of the store and they got some food and saw Stacy talking with boys with her Orange Julius. Eleven stares at the group, she jerks her head upward, bursting Stacy's drink into an explosion. They gasp then run away and laugh.

"Come on!" Franny grabbed Eleven's hand as they rushed to Scoops Ahoy. "I can get us a discount." Franny smiled. "Hi, Steve." Gabby smiled. "Hey." He looked up at the girls desperately wanting to leave.

"Can I get, a strawberry?" Max ordered, "I'll have vanilla with sprinkles." Eleven smiled. "Just butterscotch. And Gabby?"

Gabby looked at Steve. "Bubblegum." Steve nodded as he grabbed cones for their ice creams. "Okay." Steve scoops the ice cream and Robin opens the sliding door. "We got out the first sentence." Kirby expressed, "Really?" Robin nodded. "The week is long," Robin said in a Russian accent. "Well, that's thrilling," Steve replied as Robin shut the sliding doors.

"Okay, here you go." He hands them the ice creams. "Thanks." They say licking their ice creams. "Wait a second." Steve looked at Eleven. "Are you even allowed to be here?" Steve asked, Eleven and the other smiled and rushed away.

They walked to the Mall exit. "Hey, wanna trade?" Franny asked Eleven. "Yeah." Eleven smiled and traded with Franny. Max's smile faded as she heard Mike talking. "Oh, you've gotta be shitting me." Max looked at the boys.

They march over. "Isn't this a nice surprise?" Max spoke. Mike drops his bike and points at Eleven. Lucas looked at Franny in a new outfit with bags in her hands. "What are you doing here?" Mike asked.

"Shopping." Eleven replied. "This is her new style. What do you think?" Max raised her eyebrow. "What's wrong with you? You know she's not allowed to be here."

"What is she, your little pet?" Max interjected. "Yeah. Am I your pet?" Eleven asked, "What? No!"

"Then why do you treat me like garbage?" Eleven announced. "What?" Mike began. "You said Nana was sick."

Mike looked at Lucas. "She is. She is sick." Lucas licked his lips. "Yeah, sick— she's sick." Lucas nodded. "Lucas stop lying. Tell the truth, is Nana sick or not?" Franny declared. "I'm not lying, she is sick. She's super sick!" Lucas paused. "That's why we're here," Lucas explained.

"We're getting a gift for Nana. Also a gift for you." Mike added. "We just couldn't find anything that suited you, and I only had three dollars and twenty-five cents and it's hard," Mike explained.

"But Lucas tried to help find something and get a gift for Franny also," Mike added. "From yesterday but I didn't have enough." Franny nodded and exhaled.

"You lie." Eleven walked closer to Mike. Mike stood quiet. "Why do you lie?"

Mike's mount hangs open and he looks down. Eleven hears the bus's brake squeal and she looks back at the bus. Eleven glares at Mike.

"I dump your ass."

Eleven turned and walked away leaving everyone in shock. Max and Franny share a look with their mouths hung open in shock. They follow behind Eleven onto the bus.

Eleven and Franny share a disbelieving grin and she high-fives Franny. They laugh. "You gave him the medicine. Good." Franny smiled as Eleven bursted out in a long laugh.
