Izuku Yagi was Neglected and abused by his Friends and Family so he ran away but he was Kidnapped By Umbrella who Experimented on him and Found His Quirk a Healing Factor and Bone Claws and so The Coat them in Adamantium and Keep him as a Tool Well One Day Leon & Chris are on a Mission and Run into him and They have a Tough Time but Leon Shoots off the helmet which Reveals Izuku and He gains His Memories back and Screams as He Passes out and When He wakes up He's at The BSAA and Chris asks him for his story which Izuku Explains and He's Shocked but He Decides that Izuku can Stay with him since he's 16 and for Two Years he lives with Chris and Becomes The BSAA Agent WOLVERINE

I Know this is The second story where Izuku is Wolverine crossing over in resident evil but they work well together plus Wolverine's my favorite super hero and Resident Evil is one of my favorite Game Franchises
