A black haired man with dark brown tips and dark green eyes is spending time in a log cabin in the woods for the summer. He soon has his peace interrupted by a loud howl and a metallic chunk, cutting the howl short, in the distance. He is curious and ventures uneasy into the forest in the direction of the noise. He comes across a young black wolf with white ear tips and white paws softly howling a song, its leg caught in a bear trap and bleeding profusely. He soon frees it, but it is suspicious and cautious of him. He takes it home to nurse its leg, but realizes it's late at night, so he carefully applies some pain killers and medicine to the wound before wrapping it up securely. He leads the wolf to his room, where he sets up a bed of its own with two bowls, one for food and the other for water, before giving it one last pet and going to bed.
