Because of the betrayal of one, Ravine SwordCleaver's peaceful life in a farming village is shattered by Ravagers, an old enemy of the Seven Clans of Thathia. Her mother and father are taken captive as slaves by the betrayer, and Ravine makes a promise that she will come for them.But first, she has to locate her brother, who went missing in the aftermath of the raid. And it's not going to be easy, but Ravine wants nothing more than to get him back. And when she does, she's going after the one who betrayed them, to fulfill her promise to her family. Along the way she makes unusual friends, embitters enemies, and becomes known in her land as the Sword Maiden. The Sword Maiden is a clean, fun, adventuresome fantasy saga with swords, mysterious men, quirky characters, old-fashioned villains, movie-star worthy horses, and actual morals. It's realistic but with a dash of unrealism, as all great stories are, fun and also serious, and full of messiness. .....Please note that I started writing this story in 2020, so the first chapters are not my best writing and I have improved. The cover was provided by Proverbs31_29 , whom is sadly not on Wattpad anymore that I know of. Updates are sporadic at the moment, but rest assured, I will not give up on this story!
