My mother died when I was sixteen. My dad chased away by my grandparents. I buried myself in studies, athletics anything that gave me a distraction from my torturous home life. One day I was walking to the lab to do some extra work for biology class when an explosion hit me. Apparently someone from the last class forgot some major lab safety rules. I woke up in the nurses office and found two pairs of girls one on each side of the bed I was laying in. And I knew them all. To my left was Akeno and Rias. My right was Sona and Tsubaki. I tried sitting up but found my lower torso encased in ice. Born on the surface, I had a challenging life. It wasn't until my mother passed away, that I ran away from home and not too long after my 17th birthday that I was on a ship heading to the Bahamas. Found me on a piece of floating wreckage, he would have had killed me as he tells me. But something about the way I looked at him like I didn't care about dying made him change his mind. As the weeks bled into months, I got very proficient at any wapon used by guards, commando's and royalty. I had challenges breathing underwater initially until a nanite was developed that changed my genetics enough where I could breathe both on land and in the sea. Prince Orme took great issue with me being brought to Atlantis by King Ryus. But luckily for me, Arthur & Mera put a stop although a temporary one. To Orme's constant whining. By putting me in the position of Mera's Personal Guard which I wasn't going to ruin or fail at. When the third or fourth year of Mera's & Arthur's reign of being Queen and King of Atlantis. That things started to get quite weird. First of all Black Manta had been threatening Mera with death or more specifically Arthur with her death. Former Queen Atlanta ordered me to stay by Mera's side until Black Manta was caught. However, what started as jokish or playful flirting glances and smiles, became so much more. Mera became pregnant soon after with Arthur's second attempt at an heir and not long after that good news was broken did Black Manta kidnap her when she was 4-5 months along in a futile attempt to keep his revenge plot alive. He was arrested repeatedly for B&E (breaking and entering), a little theft but he was taken in by a couple of firefighters and they treated him like he was actually their son. When his adopted father died in the line of duty in a fire. He watched over his adopted mother like a watch dog. She went back to work but as an EMT. Daniel eventually fell into the midwest indie's. And made quite the name for himself in the process. He would come home a little banged up ,but some cash for the family emergency fund. His mom didn't mind as he used wrestling as a kind of therapy. When he graduated high school. He did three years of college and got his associates degree in classic literature. When he went into wresting full-time. it took no time at all for him to come to the attention of WWE. He originally was the bodyguard for their women's division, but it got really good when Sable and Jacqueline convinced the higher ups to give him a chance to get his hands dirty in the ring. One person that was able to keep him under control was Trish Stratus, but when she retired, his leash a logging chain 20 ft long, exchanged many hands, some for good reasons, others bad. But then a new girl came in and although she was afraid, she was smart, and confident that she could calm the rabid dog down. When she first tried to hold his leash, he lashed out at her. A less than stellar reunion with Becky followed, then in late 2018, Daniel made his main roster debut a week after Super Showdown for Raw, then he made it perfectly clear that he wanted a Universal Championship match against Lesnar. At any cost. But when Daniel threatened Lesnar's family. Lesnar gave in and gave him the title match that thanks to Vince, was slated for the main event of 2019's Royal Rumble.
