Dawn is a regular old eevee, although she has some quirks. Mainly the fact that she listens to music 24/7 and wears a gray jacket with polka-dots and Kitty faces on it. Oh, and she has the Umbreon Tail Ring. That's where she got her name! She's happy-go-lucky, and likes to hang out near her den with her friends and twenty little brothers. Shadow is an umbreon who never fully evolved, so he is a brown-gray. He was always teased by others, and so never leaves his den. He has a deep hatred of others, and never wants to see another living soul in his life. His only friend is the voice that comes from above him, bringing him food.But one day, Shadow finds out who this voice is. And his home gets destroyed. He has no choice but to move out and meet this new eeveelution, not knowing what would be in store. Okay, so this is the first book in a series I'll be writing, the Paper Chronicles. It's about creatures that live inside of paper. Like, inside inside. The only way to get them out is to cut the paper in the thin edge, so that if you cut the paper fully in half then you would have two pieces of paper that have the same length and width of the original paper. When the creatures DO come out of the paper, they grow to real life size, and get colors.Not to mention the fact that they become the Paper-Splitter's personal guardians, that is if they're good.Pretty cool, huh?This is the story of Alexandra, or Alex, a regular old girl... until she manages to cut the paper Open. Its also the story of Shakyra, a paper creature. These two bond and become best friends, but danger is also in the paper, and Alex and Shakyra have to stop it, before it's too late!…
