Albeit he was labeled the nerdiest student in the school due to his love of Pokémon and other anime, Gabriel was a well-liked young man. He owned every Pokémon game ever made, his favorites being the fourth generation games.One day, after being picked up on the bus for school, the engine catches fire and the bus ends up bursting into flames, snuffing out the life of the youth. But due to a strange twist of fate, Gabriel wakes up in an eerily familiar setting. The shock soon hits him and he soon realizes that he is no longer himself. Pokéstar Studios, the epicenter for entertainment in Unova, has been seeing some major setbacks as of late. With the latest flop of the first release of their newest movie, Lucario Man, Mr. Stu Deeoh has his trusted scout hold auditions for a remake of the disastrous movie in hopes that things will somehow turn around. Enter Ivan Sinclair, a 25 year old up and coming actor from Virbank City. Having owned every comic release of Lucario Man since its debut when he was twelve, he was more than excited when he heard that there were auditions being held in Nimbasa City for the role of his childhood hero. But after failing to make the cut during the first round of auditions, he finds himself inside a local club with his childhood friend and rival, Tommy Moon, a journalist from Driftveil City, trying to forget his recent failure. Seeing the distress of his friend, Tommy makes it a point to introduce him to Elesa Kamitsure, the most influential woman in Nimbasa City, who offers him a part-time job as an assistant Gym Leader which he gladly accepts. During his first day on the job, the same movie scout that sought out potential stars, visits the gym after hearing word of an intense trainer battling on Elesa's behalf. Being head of the fencing club as well as a top athelete at his school, Seth had a lot going for him. Heroes and villains... they're only separated by their convictions and what they believe is right. Both have their morals, and both have a goal that they believe is worth achieving. Two years... Two years I had been trapped like a caged bird just waiting to escape back into the world. It had been nothing but hell for me after the fall of Team Plasma. I had been longing for some form of sign that would tell me that everything would be fine, that I'd have that second chance I desired. That was when fate came knocking on my door in the form of my estranged mother. What she wanted... I didn't care. She had been gone for ten years of my life. She never even said good-bye. Who the hell does that? Whatever apologies she had, I didn't want them. And whatever she had to say, I didn't want to hear it. At least... I thought I didn't. It's funny how you think you knew everything only for everything you've ever been told to be proven a lie. Little did I know how deep those lies had gone.
