Meet Erin, an orange tabby she- cat who lives in an apartment with her human, Evie. Her best friend is a white she- cat named Sonja and she lives with her human, Millie. One day, Evie comes home with a new cat, a brown tabby tom named Jake. Erin doesn't like the fact that she has to share a den with an annoying young tom. Then, a black and ginger she- cat named Flame comes in, to tell the cats that her tribe is in danger. Erin and Sonja agree to help the tortoiseshell and leave their home to go on an epic adventure.
