This is a historical fanfic on KaVi from CID (an indian show), and will include all other characters as well. Set in 16th century India, it is a tale of two strangers who crossed paths once, never thinking of that encounter as anything more than chance. But life had different plans.Who knew this 'chance acquaintance' was to transform quickly into hate and eventually into a different feeling? Something they once thought they were unworthy of. Love. Their destination is the same. To defeat and kill the most powerful King that India has ever seen.Badshaah Kaal. The tale of how a strong warrior, Purvashi who happens to be a princess, befriends and finally falls for an equally strong but arrogant Prince, Kavinash. They both have been hiding a secret since their birth. A secret so powerful, that can destroy a whole kingdom in the blink of an eye. The story of their struggle to carve their own niche in the hard rock that is life. The story how friendship, and eventually love blossom between the two. Is there anything more than what appears on the surface? Is it just the tip of an iceberg? The writer does not attempt to offend the sentiments of any religion, caste, dynasty or group intentionally. All the characters are hypothetical. Resemblance to any real person is unintentional.…

These I'll call ephemeral trouvailles, meaning chance encounters which although last for a short time, it will make you happy to have had them.I don't really have much to say in the blurb other than the fact that they are gonna be crazy! Not just in the bureau setting or in the crime-solving life, these will be set in different universes as different stupid stories to make you laugh or cry, depending on my mood swings. They'll have more realism hopefully, more interpersonal bonds and hopefully a lil less drama. The characters will be a little more relatable, not placed on some sort of pedestal. A bunch of losers like us, ha. Pairings will mainly be the ones that we've seen so far. But other than that, the one thing I am supremely excited about is/are the reader x CID stories, which I haven't really come across any in the past one year. Peek in to see what exactly those are if you aren't familiar with the concept.…
