There's something wrong with Lilith Ayres. ---Lilith Ayres has become used to the constant stares, whispering, and glares, as she walks past. Loneliness has become the only thing she knows. So when she is sent to a new school on the other side of town, she hopes that maybe not everyone will hate her there. But changing her name doesn't change her identity, and it doesn't change the dark, impious secrets her family is hiding, that everyone seems to know about but her.
