Tsuna blinked the white light out of his eyes.
They were, once again, back in the past--or present.
The brunet sighed softly as everyone quietly discussed their next moves.
Reborn hopped onto his head.
"You going?"
"Mm.  Another friend that I need to talk with."
Reborn hummed before patting the other's hair, hopping off of the fluffy seat.
"Stay safe then, Dame-Tsuna." The baby hitman tipped his fedora up and narrowed his eyes slightly at the brunet; he dropped his voice so the others couldn't hear him. "I wouldn't want to see you collapsed on the ground."
Tsuna merely smiled and waved over his shoulder at the baby.
"Will do, Reborn."
~~
Glomp!
"TSU-CHAAAAAAN!  KONICHIWAAAAAA~!"
The brunet grunted as a certain white-haired teen attacked him with a hug; Tsuna face was starting to turn blue from the lack of oxygen.
"Bya....kuran.  I can't...breathe!"
Byakuran quickly released Tsuna and laughed sheepishly.
"Haha~gomen!"
Tsuna sighed, catching his breath before glancing around the area; the two were currently at Namimori Park.
"Your Guardians...?"
"Hoho~I ran away~!"
Tsuna sweatdropped.
"What if they come looking for you and see me with you?  Don't they know that I'm an 'enemy' of the Gesso famiglia?"
Byakuran waved his hands in a bird-like motion, sticking his tongue out.
"Neh~it'll be fine, Tsu-chan!  Let's go to a cafe and get some hot chocolate!"
The teen grabbed Tsuna's arm and started to drag the brunet in a random direction; the ex-Decimo couldn't help but roll his eyes in exasperated amusement.
~~
"Byakuran..." Tsuna sighed. "Your cup of hot chocolate--I probably wouldn't call it that anymore--is already filled with marshmallows that go past the halfway line.  There's hardly any hot chocolate in there..."
Byakuran puffed his cheeks out.
"Tsu-chan's just jealous that he doesn't get as much marshmallows as I do!"
Tsuna sighed once more and shook his head, taking a small sip from his own mug of hot chocolate.
The brunet sweatdropped as Byakuran created a mini mountain of marshmallows on top of his mug before eating the mound in a blink of an eye.
'I'm amazed that he doesn't have diabetes yet...'
Tsuna then felt glares at the back of his head, but he ignored it, knowing who it was.
"That's Dame-Tsuna, right?"
"He's such a terrible teacher."
"I heard that his mother died."
"He was useless anyways..."
Clank.
The whispers stopped, and everyone's gazes were brought to a certain white-haired teen.
Byakuran smiled thinly.
"Neh~!" His eyes cracked open into narrowed slits. "Will you all--um, I don't know--shut the f*** up?"
Everyone froze and shivered at the frigid gaze that Byakuran sent them; the cafe became a few degrees colder.
Bonk.
The heavy aura disappeared and everyone released a breath they didn't know they were holding.
Tsuna had bopped Byakuran on the head, chastising him.
The brunet sighed before walking up to the cash register, handing a few bills to the shaken manager.
"Gomen, but thanks for the hot chocolate."
Tsuna walked back to Byakuran and dragged the teen out of the silent cafe.
~~
"You didn't have to do that..."
"But they were being jerks, Tsu-chan~!"
"That is no reason for you to lose your cool."
Tsuna sighed as he ran a hand through his hair, flopping back onto the grass underneath him.
The two were currently by a small canal in Namimori; the sun was slowly setting.
Byakuran huffed and landed heavily onto Tsuna's stomach.
"Uff!  Oi, I'm still full of hot chocolate, Byakuran--don't do that..."
Byakuran pouted and rolled off of the other.
"Neh...Tsu-chan."
"Ah?"
"What do you want for your birthday?"
Tsuna's lips quirked up into a soft smile.
"Hm~nothing much, really.  I have enough."
Byakuran pouted before he also looked up at the sky.
Suddenly, Sky flames burst to life beside them.
When the orange glow disappeared, it revealed a certain blonde with a black cape.
"Tsunayoshi.  Byakuran."
The two said Skies sat up.
"Giotto-san/Gio-chan~!"
Giotto nodded his head at them and glanced at the setting sun.
"...Yamamoto Takeshi's test shall happen tomorrow." Sunset eyes turned to look at Tsuna. "You know that the boy is frustrated with all of his losses..."
Tsuna sighed through his nose.
"Ah."
"What will you do?"
Tsuna stood up and stretched.
"Hm~I'll pay him a visit, but I won't give anything away--he'll have to make his own choices."
Giotto smiled softly and shut his eyes.
"I see..."
Bzzzt...bzzzt...
The two Vongolas turned to look at Byakuran, who was looking at his phone.
"Uwaah~!  Ki-chan's looking for me!" (Kikyo.)
The teen got up and gave a brief hug to Tsuna.
"I'll see you later, Tsu-chan, Gio-chan!  Sayonara~!"
With that, the marshmallow-addict was gone, leaving the two alone.
"...Tsunayoshi...how are you doing?"
"Fine."
Giotto smiled sadly at the other as Tsuna simply chuckled.
"Really.  I'm fine, Giotto-san.  The curse will be over soon..."
Tsuna stuffed his hands into his pockets as a breeze blew by; Giotto looked back up at the sky as the brunet did the same.
"I...will see you later?"
"Of course."
Tsuna smiled as the other disappeared into a glow of orange.
"Sayonara, Giotto-san."
"Sayonara, Tsunayoshi."
