Roger and Reina stood side by side after Roger got tired of bringing girls and made Reina promise to smack him as hard as she could when he would bring a girl in. Of course, Reina immediately agreed. But she couldn't help but feel it was her father's fault because Omarr immediately said, "Roger I need to talk to you" and took him away. Right after whatever happened with the two, Roger just stopped bringing anyone.

"So," Roger started, looking down at the girl as she licked the ice cream they both got after the band, the Janes, and the Mariah, decided to check out the ice cream shop that they passed by. "Tell me something I don't know about you." Opening her mouth to talk, Roger cut her off. "And don't say you have nothing because I know you do."

Sighing, Reina looked at him before she mumbled, "I can name any poetry from the late 1920s to now even with their author."

Roger looked at her with an impressed face. "Is that so?" Reina nodded and she saw her dad out of the corner of her eyes immediately watching someone with a tense look. Roger cleared his throat, remembering something he read. "The stars went out and so did the moon. The singer stopped playing and went to bed..."

"The Weary Blues," Reina answered, licking the last remainder of her ice cream. "By Langston Hughes."

"You got all that just by two sentences?" Roger questioned, looking at her with shock before he shook his head and continued to test her. "Clouds, swans, boats, trees, all gliding up a hillside. After some gray old women who lift their gaunt forms from falling shrouds of leaves..."

"Autumn Dusk in Central Park," Reina replied. "By Evelyn Scott."

"How do you know these?" Roger asked. Reina shrugged boredly.

"Rene used to bring these books that withheld poetry from 1900s to the 1920s," Reina said. "I grabbed it one day and started reading it. I was 8 at the time."

"One might in turn become less diffident, out of such mildew plucking neater mould. And spouting new orations of the cold."

"The Man Whose Pharynx Was Bad," Reina smiled when she saw Roger's mouth open wide. "By Wallace Stevens."

"Yeah, I'm gonna keep on bothering you with poetry 'till you get one wrong," Roger said. Reina squinted his eyes at him and he smiled at her. She took out her hand and he placed his hand in hers, shaking it as they both agreed to what he said. They just stared at each other before they both jumped, startled by a loud voice.

"Oh my God, Omarr!"

They turned to look over at where the voice was coming from, coming face to face with a young woman looking at Reina's father. Omarr shook his head, covering his face and acting like he didn't just hear someone say his name.

"Yo, Omarr?" Reina came to find a man staring at her father with a shocked face. The man smiled. "Man, it's Omarr Jane!"

"What the hell you screaming about boy?" Reina turned around to see a woman with glasses, holding her purse with one hand while the other one was placed on her hip.

"Aunt Madea," the boy started, his hand out to point at Omarr who sighed and just gave up on hiding, "it's Omarr."

"I'm gonna whoop your ass boy if you keep messing around like that," Madea snapped before she came to see Omar's face clearer. "Omarr!"

Omarr smiled sheepishly, sitting up on his chair. Ruby, Robin, Rain, Brian, Freddie, Deaky, and Paul, all turned to look at the commotion occurring where three people were calling out Omarr's name.

"Hi, aunt Madea," Omarr waved curtly, clearing his throat. He didn't dare take off his sunglasses, not daring to look at his shocked aunt in the eye. Omarr turned to look at the grinning man. "Brother." He turned to look at the woman. "Sister."

"Brother," they both said.

Aunt Madea headed towards Omarr, slapping him at the back of his head repeatedly. Omarr groaned, trying to turn away so his aunt wouldn't hit him no more.

"You didn't dare call us," she said between slaps. She backed away, panting. "Ooh, if you weren't for being my favorite nephew I would've put my foot up your ass so far that you would've tasted the brand of my shoe. Now what the hell you doing here?"

"I'm with my childrens friends," Omarr answered, looking over his shoulder where all Janes and Mariah were standing at. "Their friends are on tour, so, I went with them."

"Well, see things haven't changed from you banging women," the woman snapped, glaring at Omarr. Omarr sighed, taking off his sunglasses.

"Anaya, I'm sorry," Omarr said. The woman scoffed angrily.

"You better be sorry you dick head," Anaya said. "You slept with all my friends and you played them all. You even got one of them pregnant because your stupid ass didn't protect yourselves. When my friends find out what you did to them and how you left because you wanted to pursue your singing career, they gave me hell. Literal hell and now you here, back?"

"I'm sorry, Anaya," Omarr's face was filled with guilt. "I was foolish and dumb enough to do that and to hurt you. But I've changed. 20 years later and I've changed."

"Aunt Madea," the man whispered to Madea. "Do something."

"No, they got to let it all out."

"And now you have kids?" Anaya questioned before grabbing Reina by the hand. "Is this your child?"

"Yeah," Omarr nodded. Anaya looked at Reina, noticing that the curly-haired girl was rocking on her heels with furrowed eyebrows.

"This girl don't know that her daddy had a family," Anaya chuckled before placing her hand on her niece's shoulder. "What's your name, curly?"

"Reina," Reina answered. "Reina Jane, ma'am."

"Ooh, she got manners," Madea said, patting Omarr's cheek a little harshly. "You did good, you did good. If she was some brat I would've done something that the popo would've come here to get me."

"You're still the same aren't you?" Omarr questioned, arching an eyebrow at the woman who was still staring at them. "Still running from the police, I bet."

"Oh, shut your mouth," Madea glared at him before slapping him at the back of his head again. "Why didn't you tell this damn girl that you had a family? Boy, if you weren't my family, you would be seeing God by now."

"What the hell you guys taking so long?" A man came out of the store next of the ice cream shop before stopping when he saw Omarr, Anaya holding a girl's shoulder, multiple people, and Aunt Madea exasperated. "Omarr?"

"Abi?" Omarr looked at the surprised man. The man that Reina noticed had big, nice eyes and long, dark eyelashes, had his mouth wide opened. He headed towards Omarr, hugging him.

"Brother."

"Damn, I knew I shouldn't have come with yall if I would've known that you was just hugging random ass people," Omarr pulled away from his brother, seeing a younger woman come out of the store, looking at the people. "Damn, Adisa, why you smiling so big?"

"It's Omarr, Ash!" The man that Reina didn't know the name of was now, thankfully, given one.

"Omarr?" The woman gasped.

"Hey, little sister."

Reina and the others couldn't help but stare at everyone with confused faces. Especially at Omarr. But they were cut off instantly when a man in a suit came out of the shop that the others just came out of and stared at his family hugging someone.

He stopped in his tracks, recognizing that face anywhere.

"Look, Abel!" Adisa yelled. "It's Omarr!"

"Little brother," Abel breathed out.

"Big brother."
