"Here, try this," Nellie said.

I opened my mouth and she placed a spoonful of something in my mouth.

As you can see, Nellie and I's free time mostly consists of playing the What's in My Mouth? challenge.

Of course, we do go on our regular dates. Dinners, walks in the parks, shopping, stuff like that.

Movies, well.... We mostly stay home for that, but rarely do it. Although, Finding Nemo just sounds pretty damn depressing if you think about it.

We've also had some facial parties with her and some classmates... Not a huge fan, but it makes Nellie happy, and it helps her with her future career.

Plus, not to brag, but those facials have left my skin so soft and smooth.

We also spend a lot of time in the library, where Nellie reads me a lot of stories and she tutors me a bit in Braille.

Nonetheless, no matter what we do, just being with Nellie in general is good enough for me.

I tasted the food, trying to figure out what it was.

"Your sense of trickery is clever, but that is clearly chocolate pudding with whipped cream and a sprinkles," I said, then tasted a bit more. "And you threw in a single sour patch to throw me off.... The blue one."

"Ughh, babe, how are you so good at this?!" She laughed. 

"I have no idea, but I am," I shrugged, making her laugh. "Even before the incident, I was a champ at this back at the foster home."

"Alright, so that's 16 points for you and 3 for me," she said.

I chuckled. "Well, loser still wins a kiss," I smiled.

She giggled and I then felt her lips on mine, and we kissed softly.

"Okay, well, I'm full. What else should we do today?" she asked as we pulled back.

"Hmmm... Not sure," I shrugged. "Man, if Jessie and Bret were here, thry could have given us some ideas, or even have us go on a double date."

"Hmm..." she said. "Well... There is one idea..."

"What?" I asked.

I then felt her wrap her arms around my waist, resting what I believe is her chin on my shoulder.

"You could sing me a song," she smiled. "Then we can cuddle for the rest of the day before making a nice dinner for everyone."

"Ooooh, a romantic," I smiled. "That is why I love you."

She giggled as we shared a quick kiss and then I felt her tug my hand and lead me to what I am guessing was my dad's studio.

"Okay," I said as she stopped and held my hands. "What do you want for today, my love? Guitar or piano?"

"Hmmmm..." Nellie hummed. "I would love to hear you play guitar for me."

I chuckled. "Alright, sit me down and grab my dad's acoustic," I said.

I felt her step away and soon a guitar is placed in my arms and I tune it a little bit.

"Does the lady have any requests?" I asked.

"Hmm... How about Periscope? I love the cover that your father and stepmother did, and it's always been my favorite Papa Roach song," Nellie asked shyly.

"I love that song, too," I smiled as I then strummed a bit before I began to play.

I continued to play before I had an idea and held my hand out for Nellie.

"Sing with me," I said.

*Nellie*

My eyes widen at Jack's words as he held his hand out for me.

"Jack, I... I can't sing," I said.

"Liar," he chuckled. "I've heard you singing when you cook, and you sound amazing."

Thank goodness he can't see me blush.

"Come on, join me for this one song," He pleaded.

I pursed my lips and held his hand before I sighed and gave in, sitting next to him.

"Alright, from where I stopped," He said and started to play and I sang.

Jack smiled as he had joined me halfway and then we continued with any part where we would need to sing separately or together.

I don't think I'm an amazing singer or anything, but Jackson seems to like my singing. He ays its soft and has a nice melody to it. I feel I sound okay-ish, but I guess my voice could sound terrible or something.

I blushed and laid my head against his shoulder.

"See, you sound amazing," He said.

"You're just saying that," I said, hiding my face.

"Baby, I'm serious, you have an amazing voice," I said.

"Its not like Inna's or Anna's, who are amazing singers though," I said. "Plus, they have experience."

"So? They sound great, but so do you. Don't sell yourself short," he said, wrapping his arm around me. "You are talented, whether you believe it or not.

I couldn't help but smile at his words, feeling a little bit confident and better about it.

"I love you, Nellie," he said, kissing my temple.

"I love you, too, Jack," I said, pecking his lips before hugging him close.

*Jessica*

I groaned softly as sunlight hit my eyes through the window blinds, and sighed as I settled into the warmth of the quilts, soon feeling that there were arms around me.

I looked over and saw Bret was asleep next to me.

I smiled as I rolled over to face him, remembering last night and sighed.

I'm glad to say that he was my first time. After all that I went through when I was a little girl, I thought I would never even be able to find any sort of love like this.

Yet Bret came into my life. He saw past my flaws and trauma, looked out for me as well as my family and friends and stood by my side through everything since we met, loved me for who I am. Deep down, I feel so sure about him being the one I want to be with for a years and years to come, and I hope we do.

I leaned in and softly kiss the corner of his soft pink lips and moving the black strands that had fallen over his face.

He murmured softy before his green eyes slowly opened and looked at me.

"Hi Sleepy," I giggled softly.

He chuckled softly as he yawned and pulled me closer. "Good morning, sweetheart."

I smiled and shared a passionate kiss with him.

"Babe," he chuckled as we kiss. "Babe, we gotta be on the road soon."

I whined softly. "Can't we just stay here a little longer and cuddle?" I asked, pouting my lip, making him laugh.

"Trust me, I would want nothing more than to sleep an extra hour with you here, but the roads are gonna get all packed with traffic and I rather we make it to our hotel on time than sleep in the back of the car.

I chuckled softly, but knew he was right.

"At least a few minutes, and then we can get ready?" I bargained, giving him sweet eyes.

*Bret*

I groaned with a sleepy laugh. She knew I turned to putty in her hands every time she gave me those eyes.

"Fine. 30 minutes, and we can grab breakfast on the way," I said. "I pick this time."

"Deal," Jessie laughed as we curled up together deeper into the nest of blankets we were in, holding each other.

Damn... How did I ever get so fucking lucky?

Jessica is probably the greatest thing to happen in my life so far. She's strong, kind, determined, caring, talented.... She's just such an amazing girl, and I'm so confused on how I ever ended up calling someone like her my girlfriend.

It may be pretty early, but at this point in time, I see myself having a bright future with Jessie. 

I pulled her close and kissed her temple as we drifted off for a few more minutes.

Life is so good right now.
