"Hey, Marinette," Adrien says.

     "Hi, Adrien," Marinette responds.

       "What's Up?" He asks.

       "I have no idea you tell me," She replies.

        "I was wondering, are you busy tonight?"  Adrien asks her.

       "No, why?" Marinette asks.

        "Good, because I want to take you somewhere special.  I suggest you wear the new shoes and dress I bought for you,"  Adrien tells her over the phone.

           "Wow, it sounds like it might be a fancy place,"  Marinette answers.

          "Oh, it is indeed, my dear," Adrien replies.

          "I can hardly wait for our date,"  Marinette tells him.

      "Same here, and I will pick you up at 6 o'clock," Adrien says.

    "OK, see at six," Marinette says. She hangs up the phone.

      Marinette squeals as she thinks, I'm going on a special date with my man tonight. She wonders where he plans to take her since he insists she wears the lovely, long, flowing turquoise dress and the matching high heels shoes. She looks forward to whatever it is because she loves him.

     Adrien looks forward to the date with his beloved Marinette.  He can not wait until tonight.  It is tonight he has something special in mind for her.  He sure hopes she will like it. He hopes she will not be scared off.  He sighs and thinks, perhaps he overthinks the whole thing too much.

      Later, at six o'clock, Adrien arrives to pick Marinette up for her date.  Marinette is happy to see him and true to her word wore the outfit and shoes he gave her.  She also has on the bracelet and feels a bit nervous about the date though she has no idea why she feels this way.

     "Ready?"  Adrien asks as he holds out a hand to her.

    "Yes, I am ready, Adrien,"  Marinette says. 

        Adrien takes her hand and walks with her to his truck. He opens the door, helps her into it, closes the door, and sits down in the driver's seat. He drives away to the place for their date. He sure hopes it works out well tonight.  He feels Marinette put a hand on his shoulder and breathes a sigh of relief.  This gesture on his behalf reminds him of her great love for him.
