Kingdom of Gaul

As the sun rose over the Kingdom of Gaul,  three knights were in the royal courtyard discussing how to convince the pope and king to conquer Jerusalem. One of these knights was the King's nephew. The three men finally decided to persuade the King that the Kingdom of Palestine should belong to Western Christians and not Muslims.  The Knights weren't fond of Muslims since the last king signed a treaty with the Caliph to leave the Kingdom of Palestine under the rule of his brother  Ayub bin Layth(King of Palestine).

Knight 1: How can we enter the throne room? The guards won't let us in.

Knight 2: Not quite, I will speak to my uncle on your behalf... in the meantime gather the army and ensure that our fleets are ready for battle.

Knights:  Yes  sire

The Knights hurriedly leave the courtyard and follow the order the were given. The third Knight leaves the courtyard and heads to his uncle's castle to discuss his new plans and ambitions to start a war.
