Okay does Lucien I'm suggesting is simple when Hilda who was turn into a troll she wants to try to get into town but the Bell keeper could recognize her but then here's some of the neighborhood watch approaching so he rings the bell when Hilda is far enough and realize where she is going he goes to Johanna and we see what happened next. The best I can guess it's a penny on Joanna's reaction for all we know the Bell keeper could be someone she knows in the past leaving season 3 after the mountain movie to address this mystery but there's one other thing is Trollberg the only Town? It be weird if it the only town in Hilda's dimension and for all we know Trollberg can only have a grade school as much as I'd like to see the town has its own school system there has to be a better reason for Hilda to leave troll Burg then going to a new school.
