StarrySwifty says she caught a Articuno. I am not here to prove that fact false. In fact, I'm here to tell truth. I hope Swift reads this, it is just a warning for that.

I have seen things that say people can catch Legendary and Mythical pokémon, but on accident. It is the cause of a glitch or maybe, like on this one pokémon game, the creators were just messing around.
Usually, the rare pokémon is not supposed to be there. It is usually taken away in some way. I think that means Articuno is not staying forever, so don't get attached. The reason I said "usually" is because sometimes people are given special pokémon as a apology or gift from the creators of Pokémon Go. So, unless you are in debt of the creators, I don't think Articuno will be staying. I'm just passing on information. It might not be true, but don't waste opportunity, right? Just saying. I wish you well.
