The one who was always with Harriet, with the reddish blond hair and white, white skin, was named Sonya.

 ‘’Listen, the two of you lived in a big maze, on a farm, where walls closed every night. Were there they creatures called Grievers. But the only difference is that Group B had all girls and one boy, and we had all boys and one girl, right? So the two groups obviously went through these experiments. Or trials, whatever. I mean, if they’re testing your responses, I guess it makes sense that you were put through the same thing.

I understand that the two of you needed to make their way through the dark pass of the mountains, heading for the safe haven that was supposed to wait on the other side in order to get a cure, right?’’

“Okay,” Alex said. ‘’So, why not reaching the end together and get the cure instead kill one another?’'
