"Whoa," I said as we stood in front of the large golden sphere.

Dad bought us to a Universal Park.

"Ever been to a theme park?" He asked.

"Does the Halloween fair back home count?" I asked, taking in the size of the park.

"Never even been to Disney?" He asked.

"Never enough money," I said. "And when we did plan it, the car accident happened. Meeting Mickey Mouse wasn't exactly our first idea when we both left the hospital."

He frowned and I looked over.

"Its fine," I said. "This is actually really great."

"And, there are fast passes, so we dont have to wait in a maze lines," he said, holding up some passes.

"You really didn't have to do this," I said with surprise.

"You're my daughter. Today its just a you and me day," he smiled.

I couldn't help but smile. "Won't your wife be upset?"

He sighed but shrugged. "I'll handle it."

I pursed my lips before grabbing my passes from his hands.

"Is it true that this park has a Harry Potter section or something?" I asked, changing the subject.

He smiled. "Yep. You a fan?"

"Yeah, actually, but mostly of the books and movies," I shrugged.

"Then, what are we waiting for?" He asked, taking my hand. "Let's go!"

I laughed as we then took off into a run.

We soon arrived to the Wizarding World park.

"No wonder Harry Potter was so impressed in the books," I said as I looked around the area, seeing a lot of people dressed in robes with wands, little shops, and old themed food stands.

It actually looked like we were on the movie set.

"Hey look, you can find out your House there," I said, pointing at a nearby booth with a large touchscreen computer installed on the table.

"Let's go," he encouraged as we walked over.

(Note: There is nothing like that in the Wizarding World parks, but I am just including it for the story. Plus its actually not a bad idea to include something similar this in the parks, just saying 💁🤔🤔)

Dad let me sit first and a Pottermore sight popped up and I began the test.

After some questions, my sorting results popped up.

"Ravenclaw," I said. "That's cool."

"That's the smart one, right?" Dad asked.

"You could say that," I said with a chuckle. "Come on, your turn."

He sat down as I stood next to him and he took the test.

After a while, he got his results.

"Wait, Hufflepuff??" He asked and I laughed.

"You're laughing," he said. "Aw man, I got the funny house, didn't I?!"

I laughed. "Don't worry, being a Hufflepuff isn't a bad thing."

"But you got an eagle, and I'm a raccoon," he pouted.

I looked. "That's a badger."

"Alright, so I didn't ace the animal kingdom part of my school tests, no need to judge," he frowned.

I couldn't help but laugh. "Some of the cool characters in Harry Potter were Hufflepuffs. If I remember right, there was a female shifter who helped a lot to kerp Harry safe, and that kid he fought in the tournament with in Book 4," I said.

He looked over, still unconvinced.

"If it makes you feel any better, the house colors are black and yellow," I encouraged with a laugh. "Just like Batman."

He was quiet. "I guess its okay then," he said. "Though it would have been cool to be a Slytherin."

"No, that would definitely be my stepmother," I joked with a sly chuckle.

He scoffed then looked over. "Hey...!"

"Come on, let's go for rides and maybe stop by the souvenir shop afterwards," I said as we went ahead to look for some rides.

We rode the dragon rides, and the one of the Forbidden Journey (Now know why my father is also the screamer of the band, which was hilarious).

We also got house merch and interactive wands for the parks, which was pretty fun to play around with, and also drank butterbeer which was really good.

After that we went to the comic book area, which was exciting too, even though it was mostly Marvel comics. Despite being DC fans, we both still had a good time and even found some DC stuff to get.

I got a Wonder Woman plushie and a Harley Quinn Suicide Squad tshirt, my dad got a Batman cape and mask.

We went to the others parks before deciding to get some lunch before leaving the parks where Dad decided to go to Santa Monica beach.

Today was probably the funnest I've ever had in a long time.

We sat along the beach as we saw the sunset slowly disappear.

"This was fun," Alex said, smiling as she looked at me. "I felt like I was a kid again, but... different."

I smiled and looked over. "Me too."

She then looked down. "Its not gonna be like this everyday though, is it?"

I looked at her and sighed. "No, I guess not..."

She sighed. "I never really thought having a dad would be this great, to be honest," I said. "I was always perfectly fine with my mom, but... I feel happy with you, too...."

I smiled and then sighed. "Tour may be coming up, but maybe we can do something like this again," I said.

She looked over at me and smiled. "But what if you have to be busy on your day offs?" she asked. "I'm sure you have friends in certain towns."

"And leave you alone on the bus? No, I wouldn't," I sighed. "Plus, Liz will have me slaughtered and fed to sharks."

She chuckled softly as I looked over at her.

"I'll make it up to you if I end up getting occupied too much," I said. "Deal?"

She smiled. "Deal," she said.

We then continued to watch the sunset before heading home for dinner.

I really do hope tour turns out alright for everyone.

I do not know if the Universal theme park in California is the same as the one in Flordia so I tried making it similar.

Though I'm sure since its California there's a few more attractions than in Florida.

Also, I felt that Andy belongs in the Hufflepuff house.

Though I am curious to know what house you think he and the band would fit in to the most. Comment what you think!

Note: I am only basing off traits, and I'm a bit indecisive on Jake and Ashley, so I just took a random-ish pick for them.
