Y/N was out on patrol for his squad when he stumbled upon a clearing with a lone tree sat in the middle, upon closer inspection he noticed a lone skirmisher who was unarmed, intrigued, Y/N began to carefully move forward

"So lonely..." The Skirmisher said to herself, before looking up in the moonlight, the lighting making her mane glisten beautifully

Before Y/N realized, he began to blush slightly, although he doesn't know why, he soon made his was near the Skirmisher and sat down on a rock the size of a chair

"Hey, you OK?" Y/N the Skirmisher, who immediately jumped, startled by the stealth abilities of the human next to her

"Shouldn't be here..." The Skirmisher said, backing away slowly

"Woah, woah, calm down. I'm not gonna harm you." Y/N answered, taking off his ODST helmet, revealing a h/c, e/c, s/t guy "I'm Y/N. Who are you?" He asked

"R-Rix Zhun." The Skirmisher answered, still nervous but returned to her spot

"Rix Zhun? Nice name. Why are you all alone out here?" He asked

"Abandoned by flock... Alone..." She answered, looking at the ODST

"I see. I understand that feeling. I was left behind before. It's not easy. You're mind starts to slowly go crazy and thoughts run through your mind faster than you can keep up with."

The Skirmisher nodded in agreement, still obviously lonely

"Hey. Tell you what, how about you come with me? I'm sure you could use the company." Y/N offered, holding out his hand

"Trust... me..?" The Skirmisher asked, obviously astonished that she's being trusted

"Of course. Besides, we could become friends." He answered

The Skirmisher nodded in agreement, and grabbed his hand before the two of them walked out of the clearing and back into the forest
