For future reference using a apostrophe when someone is speaking, usually people use quotation marks. Also, for future reference could you possibly rather than for example say "blah blah blah?" said John doe rather than not clarify whose speaking because it'll get confusing. I must say the cover is nice but this story revolves around more than one person so I think it should have more than one person on the cover.
