I got a Snapchat from Grover. So I opened it.

A photo of Nico and myself.

So I replied, through the chat because photos are useless. I'd actually talk, but there was a movie on.

Me: ???
G-man; ??? What ???
Me: Why'd you send the photo? I'm aware that I'm like in front of you.
G-man: oh shit sorry
Me: ??? You gonna to send that to someone else?
G-man: ...
Me: I mean, it's not anyone doesn't know at this point in time
G-man: I beg to fucking djffer
G-man: I didn't even know you were bi
G-man: until like
G-man: two minutes ago
G-man: when Nico turned into your fucking arm candy
G-man: like when did this start?

He was a little upset I never came out to him.

Me: a month ago. Right before I was let out.
Me: I came out to one person, Grover. That was Nico. After that, he like told Jason when we got together and then word just spread. My parents don't know. It's not like I told everyone. I just went with it. But we we're right, Nico's gay. Did you not notice we we're holding hands earlier? We haven't been very secretive about it.
G-man: ...
G-man: No. I didn't notice.
G-man: I figured you'd like, tell me if you were bi or pan or whatever because I told you. Had I known that, I probably would've noticed. I would've cared to look.
Me: What?
Me: Man, you're straight. Aren't you?
G-man: No?
G-man: I'm pan. I thought I told you that like, a long time ago.
Me: No. You didn't.
Me: so we're both in the wrong here.
Me: are you dating anyone?
G-man: No, not right now. Are you and Nico like a legit thing? Or you and anyone?
Me: Yeah, Nico and I are. Sorry I didn't tell you, I didn't expected to he out so soon and to get our because I had boyfriend, not because I came out. Plus, you were gone. I was in a shitty mood most of the time, too, because of the depression of stuff. So like I hung around Nico and that was it for like a solid week after I got out. I ate with everyone, but didn't say anything. But I'm feeling better now.
G-man: good. And I'm happy for you, man, just kind of surprised. I never pegged you as not straight.
Me: Probably because my parents are like extremely homophobic and shit. I'm not gonna tell then yet. I'll wait.
G-man: Sadly. But I'm gonna watch the movie, it's starting to get intense. You should, too. Stop eating your boyfriend's face off.
Me: I mean all I've done is kiss his forehead but okay.

Rolling my eyes, I went and opened a conversation with Annabeth. And then I realized it'd be had to do this over text. So I waited until the movie ended and found her in her cabin. They let me take a photo of them being a cute couple for valid proof. I got a few of them.

Then, of course, the video I got. Everyone else had left, Nico was already in Percy's bed ready to sleep and Percy's going to bed.

"But Percy," I reminded him. "someone's already in your bed."

"I know."

"Are you not going to let him be?"

"Pfft, no," Percy told me, as if that was a question. "He's my boyfriend, I'm going to sleep with him. He's warm and gives good cuddles. Do you not have anyone else to bother tonight?"

"No."

"Well go find someone," he said, going into his room. Where you could see Nico in the bed. "because I'm going to bed and I'm making Nico share it. Go bother like Annabeth and her boyfriend or something. Or maybe, you know, sleep."

After that, the video cuts off.

But I got to cabin 7 and I felt kind of bad because she was in such a good mood.

"Hey, Grover!" She said as I went into her room. "What's up? How'd the thing go?"

"It was fun," I told her. "Leo was very talkative. But uh... I got news for you."

"Good or bad."

"Both."

She sighed.

"Start with the good."

I sat down next to her.

"Good news," I told my old friend. "Is that Percy's depression has died down a little, and he's not suicidal anymore. That's been taken care of. Also, he's has a bit more pride now."

"Okay." She said. "That's good for him. A little bit of confidence doesn't hurt. What the bad?"

"You uh..." I started off. "Your chances of getting back together with him are basically gone. He assumed you moved on and he's kind of moved on. He's dating someone else."

"I'm sorry." She said. "What?"

"Yeah," I said softly. "On the bright side, he's happy and they're a great couple. But he's kind of over you and he assumed you're over him. He uh... He's bi. He told me about it tonight because he was being really touchy feely and he has a boyfriend. He never came out because his parents are homophobic. But he found out the dude he's dating was gay and he just got really excited and he came out to him and then eventually people found out they were together and yeah. I'm sorry."

"Well uh... Who?" She was a bit confused, and I could understand why.

So I let her see the photos of Nico and Percy. She saw the video first.

Annabeth took the news slowly, but she was okay with it. She was just happy he wasn't with Bianca. I don't know why, but they don't get along.

So she'd live.

Percy's lips worked wonders. And holy shit, so did his tongue.

And shut up, I'm not talking about oral sex. We haven't gotten that far yet. I'm well aware of the fact that sex is a weird thing for Percy and I respect that. I don't know why it's weird for him, but he told me it was one day in the Big House. As like a warning that just because we're both horny doesn't mean he'll be able to get that far.

One day he said he'd explain it to me. And I trust that eventually, he will.

Everything above the shoulders is still amazing, though.

But the next morning, after we made out for a little bit because he surprised me with a morning kiss, he took a shower.

Well, when he came back, he had more scars than I had ever normally recalled on him. He also managed s faster shower then normal. For him.

And I think he noticed that I took notice. Especially after he put on a sweater.

It's fucking August.

"Hey, Nico," he said as I walked up from behind him. "Can we uh... There's stuff I need to tell you."
