Hades - Seventeen

Sitting at the table, Hades looked over at his son. His name was Nico, and he looked so much like his mother that Hades could just. . . Spit.

Sighing, Hades watched as his son picked at his food. Nico's black bangs falling over his eyes as he spoke to his father.

"Father." He stated, Hades hummed in response— not wanting to hear anything his son had to say. After all, he was nearly killed today by that horrific murderer. More specifically, Death.

"I heard about the bomb going off in the Greenwood Park Mall." He said, avoiding his father's eyes.

Hades nodded. "I'm aware of the bombing." He paused, "I was there after all." Hades told his son, his eyes glaring at him.

He looked at Nico as he continued to pick at his food.

"If you're done asking stupid questions, you can go to your room. God knows you aren't good anywhere with that food." Hades ordered him, taking a small bite of his pasta.

Nico gave him a small nod.

"I'll be going to Jason's house then." Nico informed him, walking out the door.

Hades watched at the doors closed.

He looked up at the lighten ceiling. "Oh Maria," he said sadly, "Why did Death take you from me?"
