Now, I want everyone who reads this to remember, life is hard and there will always be tough times, this solution just gives a life beyond your own.

If you want I can give you SO many resources to help. It might not all work, but most of it or even some of it will open your eyes.

Proper Healing From Pain:

"This what the Lord says: 'Your wound is incurable, your injury beyond healing (to the world's prospective)..." (Jeremiah 30:12)

"...But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds,' declares the Lord, 'because you are called an outcast, Zion for whom no one cares.'" (Jeremiah 30:17)

"...As for you, I'll come with healing, curing the incurable, because they all gave up on you and dismissed you as hopeless- that good-for-nothing Zion.'" (Jeremiah 30:17 The Message Bible)

Breaking Free From Depression:

"When Jesus saw her weeping, and the Jews who had come along with her also weeping, he was deeply moved in the spirit and troubled. 'Where have you laid him?' he asked. 'Come and see, Lord,' they replied. Jesus wept. Then the Jews said, 'See how he loved him!'" (John 11:33-36)

In these verses, it talks about losing someone and how Jesus had reacted to lose of a friend.

"For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are-yet he did not sin." (Hebrews 4:15)

In this verse, it talks about how God sent his only son (Jesus) to earth and how Jesus had lived with temptation, but he never sinned (gave into the temptation). "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stand condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God's one and only Son." (John 3:16-18)

"I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well." (Psalm 139:14)

It's a song of praise to God, saying we are all fearfully and wonderfully made, and that his works are wonderful.

Experiencing Hope and Healing In A Fallen World: Bitterness

Bitterness is a misplaced, toxic emotion. It eats away at us, not the person at whom we're angry. Our world is broken, and the pain we suffer is real.

"Though evil is sweet in his mouth and he hides it under his tongue, though he cannot bear to let it go and lets it linger in his mouth, yet his food will turn sour in his stomach; it will become the venom of serpents within him." (Job 20:12-14)

"Jesus answered, 'I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you really know me, you will know my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him.'" (John 14:6-7)
