Shoto watched as his husband's broad shoulders moved slowly. Shoto sat at the kitchen island hunched over, admiring the man in front of him. He watched how quickly Katsuki chopped each vegetable, placing them carefully into the pan.

Shoto cooks every once in a while, but he is still banned from the kitchen. He always tries to utilize his quirk while cooking. But that just ends up in burnt food. Plus the screaming from Katsuki about how 'quirks aren't made for the kitchen!' Or something like that anyway.

Yet even though he is banned for a lifetime of cooking, he can't complain. He loves to sit back and watch his husband relax. To see his previously tense body, float around the kitchen as if walking on air. He never stopped for a second, just kept working on whatever delicious food that he concocted. To Shoto it was a sight like no other. Seeing the man he loved feel relaxed and calm was more beautiful than any tourist attraction.

"Broccoli or Cauliflower?" Katsuki asked.

"Broccoli."

Shoto watched as Katsuki grabbed the bag of broccoli stalks. Pouring them into the boiling water. He could hear the steaming sound as each piece fell into the water. Shoto could smell the teriyaki noodles waft through the room.

"Smells nice." Shoto hums out. Every once in a while he would let out little comments. Most of the time they were sweet. He couldn't help it, the twitch of the blondes lips made his heart skip a beat.

Shoto always loved this part of the night. After a tiring and painful work day, they finally go home to relax. But to Shoto seeing Katsuki the same man who overworks himself on a daily basis to be the best. Relax and and let go of his tense muscles was always so relieving to him. No matter how much stress the blonde is under, Shoto can guarantee that he will take a break at home to cook. It made Shoto feel on cloud nine to see a side of Katsuki no one else saw. Not only that but to be able to see it every day. It warmed his heart.

He felt lucky. So so lucky.
