Maybe I am not like other girls. I do not like dolls. Instead, I like teddy bears very much. That is why I have a lot of them. My two favorites are Mashi Maro, a rabbit that I often call Coco, and Hikoshen Cara, a fat cat.

Coco is a souvenir bought in Singapore when I was about 13. When I bought her, she looked lovely with very short ears, a blue hat and a carrot in her hand. It was my fault to lose her hat and her carrot, poor her! Now she is in bad condition. She is not as white as she used to be. I do not wash her up because I am worried whether she can wear out. I love her so much. I do not want to lose her. She is just like my best friend. Whenever I am sad, I tell her. Of course, she just keeps silent. Nevertheless, I find it encouraging that I can tell somebody my secrets and make sure that he or she will not spread it around.

Cara is my mother's gift but not for me. She is my sister's. At first, I hate Cara a lot because she is actually very expensive but ugly. Cara is fat, long, and orange. She has small eyes that resemble two short lines on an oval face. Her body is just like a chunk of wood with two big brown stripes on it. I often tell my sister that maybe Cara is a fish woman in her world. She is very poor but she likes eating all the time. One day, she ate a fish stealthily. Her mother came in when she was eating a fish. Because she was worried, she dropped the fish on her back, which left two ugly brown stripes. Strangely, she does NOT have any necks. After a while, I find her very comfortable to hug whenever I have a nightmare. When that happens, I am usually very scared and she becomes an angel helping me stay calm. Two years ago, I won a game with my sister and got Cara as a prize.

It is my story. It is true. Many members also wrote about their favorites above. But they were just their favorite activities. I want to do something different / take a different approach - writing about my teddy bears.

Like other people , I enjoy doing many things in my free time.

I really like sitting in front of my computer and chatting or downloading on the internet. I never get bored with using a computer. But I only was allowed to sit beside my computer when studying English. My parents made this rule because they think the computer is not good for my health and studies Sometimes, I have a chance to go online without my parents' notice .

I aso love Music, especially English songs. Serveral times, I dance while listening to music. My teacher encourages me to listen to English songs to learn the language.

I'm fond of watching television, as is my younger sister. I really enjoy many kinds of films: adventure films, action films, romantic films. My younger sister is only interested in cartoons and some programmes for children. There is only a TV set at my house, so we often scold and fight with each other over our favourite channels. But I always lose , because I am an elder sister.

My hobby is travelling abroad. Because of this favourite, I joined to in National Foreign Language of Universitỵ I thought that, foreign language is the key which helps me to understand the countries where I like to visit. I was very happy when I travelled to China. That It is a large country with a lot of sightseeing as The Great Wall, Purple Forbidden City,...It took me a few days to visit all. I like to travel abroad not only to see the sights but also to taste their food, research their culture. That helps me to improve my knowledge
