Since today was Saturday, i went along with Nyna to meet Comissioner Nogami on the Tokyo Police Department office in Chiyoda, we're my coffee shop was located as well.

Hikaru: We will take a train for this, let me show you we're the station is.

Nyna: Sure!

Chiyoda Ward, Tokio, Japan.
12:30 ZULU.

Once there after picking the train, we went to the Police Department Office, which was near the coffee shop i worked.

There, we sat together, waiting for my turn, until a female police officer approached me.

Police Officer: What brings you here, little boy? Are you alone?

Hikaru: Not that much alone, Comissioner Nogami told me to meet him today as soon as i could.

Police Officer: I see, what's your name?

Hikaru: Hikaru Sugiura.

Police Officer: Alright, follow me!

Nyna and i followed the police officer to Comissioner Nogami's office, she knocked at the door.

Comissioner Nogami: Come in!

And then she opened the door.

Police Officer: Sir, Hikaru is here, he didn't come alone.

Comissioner Nogami: Tell him to come inside!

I went inside along with Nyna, and the police officer closed the door.

Hikaru: You wanted to meet me today, Comissioner, right?

Comissioner Nogami: Yeah... I suppose you've heard what's going on.

When arriving at home, i first prepared and ate my lunch.

After cleaning the dishes, i went to my room with Nyna, to summon Pallia, Catria, Est, Minerva, Elimine and Maria.

Pallia: Where are we?

Catria: And why are we dressed like that?

Hikaru: Girls, you're on my world.

Saeko: Alright, we're ready? How's your status, Hikaru?

Hikaru: Ready as well, Saeko! Whenever you say!

Saeko: Alright! Let's go!

We punched the door down, taking the lead.

Saeko: Tokyo Police Department! Drop Your Weapons!

We found Yuri Borodin in the safehouse living room, he dropped his weapons and Saeko took out some handcuffs to arrest him.

Saeko: You're arrested for mass murder and other charges! Everything you say can be used against you!

We also raided her house to see what we could find.

Shortly after...
20:00 ZULU.

Saeko and I interrogated Yuri.

Yuri: I'll admit it, i'm the one behind all the mass murder cases, but i just followed orders from a Coalition we belong to.

Saeko: What's the coalition called?

Yuri: Villain's Coalition Inner Circle, or VCIC for short.
