[Kellin's POV]

We had arrived to the band house and we started preparing for the beach before a knock came to teh door.

I openend it and there stood Katelynne, with Copeland in her arms.

"Hey," i said smiling as we greeted each other.

"Hey there Kellin," she said and i turned to Copeland.

"Hey there, baby girl," i said.

"Da-Da," he mumbled as she hugged me.

"So how was the tour??" Katelynne asked as we walked in.

"Pretty great. Kind of made a friend, though," i said.

Just because me and Katelynne are divorced, doesn't mean we fight. Yeah, we're not together, but we are really great friends. Its also great Copeland doesn't see her parents fighting, and actually being friends.

"Really, who??" she asked.

"Cyan," i called out as we walked into the living room where she sat watching television with Gabe and Jesse.

She looked up shyly at Katelynne and me.

"You know Katelynne, right??" i asked.

"Y-Yeah. Its great to meet. I'm a ig fan," she said as she shook hands meekly with Katelynne.

Copeland cooed curiously at Cyan, making her giggle a bit.

"Hey, Cyan, aren't you gonna get ready for the beach.

"I don't have a bathing suit," she said.

Katelynne then had ehr thinking face on.

"Kellin, some of my stuff are still here, right??" she asked.

I nodded.

"Great. Cyan, here, let me help you," she said, holding ehr hand out to Cyan.

Cyan shyly takes her hand as she is taken upstairs.

I play downstairs with Copeland, whos' bag is all ready when Katelynne and Cyan emerge downstairs, Cyan with a purple beach bag that must have been one of Katelynne's old ones. She smiled a bit confidently as she sat on the arm chair.

I smiled and then Katelynne had to go.

"Are you sure you can't come??" i asked as i led her to the door.

"I wish i can. But like i said, i got that photoshoot. But i'll be back to have another trip," she said.

"Alright. Its not gonna be fun without you, though," i said.

"Bai, mama," Copeland said.

"Bye sweetie. And i''ll be back soon. Have fun guys. See ya," she said as she left, me and Copeland waving goodbye before i walked in.

"Cope, you ready for a fun day at the beach??" i asked.

"Ya!!" she said happily.

"Everyone let's get ready!!" i called out.
