Marinette's P.O.V.

I placed the last item of clothing into the bag and zipped it shut. Our vacation is over and now we're heading back home. Time does fly when your having fun. Emma is with Adrien since she demanded that he hold her. I quote 'nono dada'.

Our plane doesn't leave until 3 hours from now, but we're still going early since we have to be registered. (I don't know much about the airport.)

"Adrien, who's going to pick us up again?" I shouted from the room.

"My friend, Rachel and her boyfriend Rick." He replied as he and Emma stepped into the room. "I didn't want to bother her, but dad is busy and the others are too."

I nodded and took Emma from his grasp and he took the luggage and carried it downstairs. Emma was still sleepy so she was mostly silent as we headed our way to the airport. Well, as silent as we could without having Adrien ask me for some croissants.

Meanwhile ~ in 3rd person's point of view ~

A woman with long waist-length light brown hair and hazel eyes yawned as she drank her coffee that her boyfriend gave her. He had dark brown hair with crystal blue eyes. He smiled as his girlfriend rubbed her eyes in a way that he deemed should be illegally cute.

"Maybe we should've waited until they called us." The girl said as she laid her head down on his shoulder.

"I know you hate it when I say it Rachel, but I told you so." The guy said as he drank his coffee.

"Shut up Marcus." Rachel said.

Rachel usually wasn't really like this. In fact she was the opposite right now. The only problem was that she wasn't a morning person. Never was, never will be.

Marcus chuckled and whispered in her ear, "go catch up in your sleep, I'll wake you when they arrive in their 8 hours flight."

Rachel grew red when he emphasized 8. Shees, was it so bad for her to want to see her best friend who she hasn't seen in the past years? She moved around a bit trying to get comfortable and eventually fall asleep.

Marcus smiled down at his girlfriend and kissed her forehead. Of any other guy was in his shoes, they wouldn't have put up with this. How would you feel if your girlfriend wants to see a guy that she was close with when they were young?

But still, jealousy didn't pass up to Marcus. Marcus understood that she wanted to see her best friend and to deny her that would make her sad. And making her sad was a crime in his world that comes with a death penalty.

He loves her and she loves him, and with their loves comes trust.

With Adrienette ~

After a few more stops, they finally got in their plane in the nick of time along with some food and extra luggage from shops that Adrien dragged her to for last minute quick shopping. They were really lucky when they arrived and found out that their flight was delayed for an hour and a half. If not, that would've caused a problem.

After they showed how to use the life jackets and other things in case for emergencies, their flight took off.

"Hey Adrien?" Marinette asked. (A.N. He he, I almost wrote marriage instead.)

"Yeah?"

"Can you hold Emma for a while, I have to get my iPad and earphones out."

"Sure" he replied and took Emma gently as to not wake her up.

Just as Adrien took Emma, a fake blonde haired flight attendant walked up to him with her uniform a bit lower than necessary.

"You're Adrien Agreste, right?" She asked.

Hesitantly, he nodded shifted Emma.

"I'm Whinie (pronounced as whiny) Hoes and I'm such a huge fan!" (Did anybody see what I did there?)

Adrien tried to keep a straight face, "nice to meet you Whinie, meet my little Emma and Marinette." He gestured to both the women with him.

She looked as if she was gonna scream but instead placed a fake smile, "have a great flight." And she left but sent a wink in his direction. I guess she'll live up to her name then.

Marinette smiled at him and took Emma. "Good job handling the situation Adrien."

"I'm just surprised that you didn't attack her then and there." He replied.

"What can I say? I trust you to handle that situation well."

"I'm glad you do, but next time that happens, please help me."

Marinette giggled, "of course I will, I always do."
