I watched as Jinora touched the vine and closed her eyes. After a few seconds, she opened her eyes again and looked back at us with a smile. " I found Korra," said Jinora in a happy smile.

" Alright then, let's go," I replied as I followed Jinora to where the Avatar was. I followed them as we reached a large tree in the middle of the swamp.

" Korra!" yelled the three kids as they ran to a girl around my age with short brown hair, blue eyes, and brown skin. " Hey guys, What are you doing here?" said the girl.

" We came to find you. The world needs you Korra," said Jinora. I came up the tree and was about to wave to the girl to greet her when Meelo yanked another feather off my back. " Why you little kalb(dog)?! Do that again one more time and I'll turn you into kebab!" I yelled as I took the feather out of Meelo's hands.

" Who's this, and what's with the wings on her back," said the girl. " The name's Romana but you can call me Amira," I replied.

" Why do you have two names?" asked the girl as she raised an eyebrow " Basically my mom named me Amira a month before I was born. But she died when I was born and my dad changed my name to Romana which means pomegranate because of my red hair," I explained pointing to my red hair.

"Oh. I'm Korra by the way, I'm the Avatar," said Korra as she extended a hand to me. I took her hand and shook it gently. " Nice to meet you," I said as I shook her hand.

" What the heck is with those wings, What are ya? a bird" said a voice as I felt my feathers being yanked. " Hey!," I said turning around to find a petite blind old lady behind me.

" What the hell was that for, that hurt!" I said as I yanked the feather out of the lady's hand. "Sheesh bird brain, relax. I was only curious about those things on your back," said the woman with a sarcastic smile.

" I'm not a bird brain mademoiselle. The name is Romana," I replied glaring at the lady. " I suppose you're like Lin," I added making the woman chuckle.

" You met one of my girls now huh?" asked the woman. " Huh?" I asked in confusion. " That Lin you're talking about is my eldest daughter." revealed the woman.

" That makes sense," I replied as I lifted Meelo using some of my feathers. Yes, I can move my feathers with my mind. This ability works on my mid to lower feathers and not on my upper feathers.

" Name's Toph Beifong by the way." said the woman finally revealing her name. We all talked for a while and had some fun. That night, Korra was able to take out the metal poison from her body and we left the house the next day.
