Morning: Kuvira's train:

I woke up to bits of sunlight coming through the window. As I rubbed my eyes, I saw the man from yesterday at the door. I glared at him as he entered the room and closed the door behind him.

"I see you're finally awake," said the man, pushing back his glasses. "What do you want?"

"I only wanted to inform you to get ready; we're almost at Republic City," said Baatar. "In case you're wondering, my name is Baatar," he repeated as he opened the door and left.

I rolled my eyes and got up to stretch my arms and wings. My wings were a gradient of red and orange, like the colors of a sunset. I loved my wings, but my family didn't appreciate them since they caused many boys in town to fawn over me. It was also the reason my brothers couldn't find wives; parents feared that their daughters' children would have my 'curse.'

But I didn't care what people thought. I loved my wings, and they were useful since I could deliver things quicker than most supply trucks. Even though I missed Lebanon, I was glad I didn't have to deal with my toxic family. But it seemed like I ended up in another world altogether.

I got up and left the room carrying my bag filled with things such as my passport, hair products, food, and most importantly my oud. Unlike my family, I loved music and would play my oud whenever I was bored.

Republic City, United Republic of Nations:

As I got out, many cameras started to flash in my face nearly blinding me. I guess this majnouna' was more popular than I imagined. I covered my eyes and walked forward. I looked around me and noticed the buildings around me ' This place looks way better than Beirut,' I thought as I walked with the majnouna' and her fiance to the hotel they were staying in.

" Akh, Why are we here?" I asked in a gruff voice. " Today is the coronation of Prince Wu. So I expect you to stay put," said Kuvira glaring at me. " Whatever majnouna', you and your fiance can get all cozy if you like. I'm out of here." I said walking away from Kuvira, Baatar, and Varrick.

" Yikes, she's got quite the spunk huh," said Varrick. " Yeah, let's just hope she doesn't attract too much attention," said a boy with black hair and green eyes who I learned was named Bolin.

I went to the elevator and pressed the top floor. I pushed a few strands of my red hair as the elevator moved up to the top floor.
