Lyra's POV:
I woke up to an alarm blaring. I panted and looked around. Mother's voice boomed through the ship.

"Emergency. There is an unidentified life form on this ship. There is an unidentified life form on this ship. Captain Benjamin and Major Daniels, please report to the Med Lab. Emergency. There is an unidentified life form on this ship. Captain Benjamin and Major Daniels, please report to the Med lab. Emergency. Emergency."

I stood up and opened my door. Screams were heard and Halo ran down the hall. "Halo." I said. She looked at me and quickly ran towards me, Hawk following close behind. They both ran into my room and Hawk closed the door. "What's out there?" I asked. "Xeno's. Big ones." Hawk said. My eyes widened and I said "ok. Here's what we're going to do. We're going to barricade the door. So we can stay safe. Help me grab these chairs." They nodded and we began moving stuff around. "Lyra. Open up! It's Billy!" "And Max!" Max added. I opened the door and the two of them rushed into the room. I closed the door and locked it. Billy grabbed the large dresser in my room, pushing it up against the door. Max sat on my bed, along with Hawk. "They were everywhere. Tina went after them." Max said. The power began to flicker and Halo shook her head quickly. Hawk backed to the wall and the lights went out. Halo screamed and I rushed over to hold her. She buried her face into my chest and whimpered. "Please tell me the lights are going to come back on." Hawk said. Billy said "I don't think they are." Billy opened the emergency cabinet and grabbed a flashlight. He turned it on and Max said "Billy are they coming?" He shook his head and a thumping sound was heard. Everything in the room began to shake. The curtains were drawn and Billy said "I'm gonna open it. Just to see what it is." Max backed to the wall and Hawk stood next to her. I noticed that she had grabbed his hand. Billy stood in front of the curtain, the footsteps getting louder. He opened them and a gigantic Xenomorph walked down the hall. Halo screamed and I immediately covered her mouth. Her scream was muffled but the Xenomorph stopped. It was super dark, there's no way it could see us. Billy hid behind the wall and growls were heard. The Xenomorph's teeth glimmered. It sat in front of the window for I don't know how long. Then it walked away. Once it was away from us, Billy closed the drapes. "We're stuck here until they tell us different." Billy said. Max calmed down a little and she sat down in a chair. Hawk sat on my bed and laid down. Halo was falling asleep in my lap. Billy sat down on the floor and we all sat in the dark room.

I woke up the dark room. It had to of been a few hours. I looked next to me to see Billy. Halo was in his lap and I stood up. Max was asleep in the chair she was sitting and and Hawk laid asleep on the bed. I smiled down at his sleeping form and walked into the bathroom, wetting my face.

I shook out my hair and I heard gasping. I stepped out of the bathroom to see Hawk looking around the room. He was sweating and he said "l-Lyra?" "I'm here." I replied. Hawk sat up and I sat next to him. "The lights still aren't on?" He asked. I shrugged and said "nope. They'll be back soon." Hawk leaned against my shoulder and I hugged him. "Everything is gonna be ok." I said. Hawk wrapped his arms around me and said "you make a good mom." I looked down at him and he smiled up at me. All I felt was love in my heart. "I brought my computer. Maybe I could get the lights back on." Hawk said. I shrugged and said "try it." He grabbed his bag and sat next to me. Max yawned and said "where's Billy?" I pointed to him and she nodded. She sat next to Hawk who was pulling up different computer codes.

All of a sudden the lights came on. The air conditioning kicked on as well. I sighed and cold air came into the room.

"Power only supplied to sleeping quarters."

Mother's computer voice said. Billy groaned as he stirred. I walked over to him and said "hey. You should wake up." He opened his eyes and smirked at me. "Hey babe." He said. I kissed the top of his head and said "hey." Halo began to wake up and there was knocking at the door. "It's Tina! Are you ok?" She said. Billy stood up and began removing the barricade. He opened the door and she stood there. "Are you guys ok?" She asked. Max huffed and eyed her.

"I see, you're still mad at me." Tina said. "Mad? I'm angry at you. You locked my brother away. He almost lost the small bit of sanity he has. He doesn't have much. I'll say it, Billy's crazy. Cause his father made him that way. Billy has never used his anger out on me. He's never took something out on me. He'd take it out on himself. You almost broke him. And I'd be lying if I said I didn't hate you." Max replied. Billy chewed on his bottom lip and she said "I'm sorry." Max rolled her eyes and didn't say anything else to her. Tina gulped and said "I was going to the cargo bay. That's where the aliens came from. And I need someone besides David to go with me." "I'll go." Billy said. I grabbed his arm and said "no." "I'll be fine, Lyra. If Tina tries anything, I'll shoot her in the damn head." Billy replied, no joking in his voice. He grabbed his jacket and put it on, pulling his hair out of it. "I'll be fine. I promise." Billy said.

I nodded and he cupped my cheek. He kissed me passionately and pulled away. Billy walked out and Tina followed him. Max watched him walk into the dark hallway. I hadn't seen Calypso and I didn't know if she was ok. Tina didn't give us any instructions so I stayed in my room with the kids.

Billy's POV:
David walked into the cargo hold first. Blaze stood next to me and said "something's up." "I know. Everyone is too calm about this." I replied. It was dark and David shined his flashlight at something. He poked it with his finger and then jumped. "What is it?" Blaze asked. "I don't know." David said as he stared at it. Tina stared at the large Xenomorph nest. "What is this?" Tina asked as her breath quivered.

"I'm not sure how they got on the ship. It doesn't make sense." David said as walked further into the room. Tina followed and she said "oh my god." I looked up and my eyes widened. Blaze shook his head and said "no fucking way." There in front of us, sat a queen Xenomorph. "Fuck this." I said as I began to run for the elevator. Blaze followed and I heard David and Tina running behind us. We got in the elevator and headed back up. "We have to tell Sam!" Blaze said. I nodded and Tina said "I'll do it. The rest of you go to your quarters."
