Lyra's POV:
Yesterday was our first official day of training. But we didn't have anything to do today. I sighed as I sat in the rec room with everyone else. Calypso sat next to me and Billy exhaled on his cigarette. "Why don't we use the gravity room?" Zander asked. Blaze looked up from his magazine with a smirk. "Ooh. Let's." He said. Donovan said "are we allowed?" "Are we allowed? Oh no. If we don't have permission we'll get in trouble." Kace mocked him. Don rolled his eyes and Arlo said "I'm down. Teddy?" "Yeah." He replied. Chase shrugged and said "we don't have anything better to do. Billy?" Billy put out his cigarette and said "yeah. It'll be Lyra's first time." Blaze hooted and I said "what is it?" "We all go into the room, turn the gravity off and float." Zander said. Kace chucked and said "we can even make the room look like space. Stars will appear and it'll be amazing." "It'll look like we're outside." Donovan said. "Let's do it." I replied, accepting the challenge. Everyone stood up and we got into the elevator. "It's on the top floor." Calypso said. We rode up to the top floor. I had never been here. Zander and Billy led the way. We walked down a long hall that had windows on each sides, windows that went from the ceiling to the floor. We reached a door and Zander said "are we ready to go into space?" Blaze clapped his hands and Billy said "let's fucking go." Zander opened the door and it was a plain room. He closed the door behind us and we all looked around. "Initiating space walk in....

Zander pushed a button and a gust of air blew. My hair went back and a whoosh was heard. We all began to float. "Oh my god." I said. Arlo laughed and pushed off of the floor. He flew all the way up to the padded ceiling and Zander made his way back down to the button on the wall. He pushed another one and stars appeared on the walls and ceiling. "Yeah!" Blaze said. Pulling Mussels (From The Shell) blared through the speakers. Billy pushed off the wall, flying to the other side. Calypso spun around in the air and I smiled really big. Everyone yelled out in happiness and I did a front flip in the air. Chase laid on the ceiling while watching everyone fly around the room.

Billy spun around me and I watched him. He grabbed my hand and he began to run up the wall, making his way back to the floor. Blaze jammed out to the music while floating.

Billy pushed off the floor, sending us toward the ceiling. His back hit the ceiling and I giggled. He held me by my hand and I was dangling in the air. I let go and he said "why?" I smirked and did a flip, Arlo catching me as I did so. I turned to look at him and he smirked. Calypso did somersaults and Blaze watched her. As she finished he pushed off the wall, grabbing her. She squealed and he had her pinned against the wall. She laughed and said "you got me Forrester." "Yes I did." He replied. Teddy went from one end of the room to the other. Kace pushed off the top and went to the bottom. Donovan pushed Kace, causing him to float into Teddy. "What the fuck dude?" Kace said. Billy stared Arlo down and Zander did multiple flips in the air. The music blared and the stars twinkled along the wall. I floated in the middle of the room while Arlo had his arms around my waist. Then a whoosh was heard. All the gravity in the room returned and everyone began to fall. Calypso screamed and Chase fell onto the floor on his stomach. Arlo let go of me and I felt someone else grab me. I looked to see Billy and everyone hit the padded ground. I looked around for Billy and he pushed me. A yelp left my mouth and he was underneath me. "What're you all doing?!" Tina yelled. Calypso looked up and said "we were having fun." Blaze sat up behind her and his arms were still around her. "Get out of here. Now." Tina said. Everyone stood up and began to walk out of the room. Billy pulled me up to my feet and walked away. Tina tried to call Sam on the intercom but it didn't work. "All of you. Come on." She said. She began to walk us all the way to his office. Sam looked at the door and said "oh. I wasn't expecting any of you today." "I tried to call you on the intercom." Tina replied. Sam sighed and said "I have a flip phone. Call me on that."

Zander and Chase grimaced at their father and Tina sent us out. Sam didn't get us in trouble because he said we deserved to have fun. We live in a apocalyptic world where aliens kill humankind. We were banned to the rec room because of Tina. I sighed and looked for a place to sit. Calypso had to go back to the med bay for training. Blaze flipped through a magazine and Arlo gave me a smirk. I was the only female in the room. Billy looked over at me, his tongue gliding across his lip.

I decided to sit in between Arlo and Billy. I grabbed a magazine and began to read it. Arlo didn't pay much attention to me but I felt Billy's eyes burning a hole in the side of my head. He stared at me for what seemed like a really long time. Tina came in and told us to go to bed after 20 minutes of us sitting in there. I waited for everyone to leave the room and then I stood up. Billy was right behind me and he grabbed my arm. "What?" I asked. He pulled me towards the wall and I was pinned against it. "Billy what're you doing?" I asked him. He stared me down and he said "stay away from Arlo." "Why?" I said. Billy scoffed and said "because I said so." My breath hitched a little and he kept me pinned. "I don't have to listen to you." I said. Billy chuckled and said "yeah?" I yanked my arm from his and pushed on his chest. He stood in the same place, he didn't even move. I pushed him again and he stumbled. "Stop." He said. "You're not the boss of me, Billy." I said firmly. Billy rolled his eyes and moved toward me. I backed to the wall and he was back in front of me. Why did I do that? He kissed my cheek and I whimpered. He noticed and looked at me. "Why'd you do that?" Billy said. "What?" I replied. "Why did you whimper? Did you think I was going to hurt you?" He asked, looking offended. I looked down and didn't say anything. He cupped my cheek and I reluctantly let him. "I would never hurt you. Ever." He made me look up at him and I said "you mean it?" He nodded and kissed my cheek again. Billy pulled away from me and let me walk out of the room. There was a smaller figure at the end of the hall. Billy furrowed his eyebrows and said "Max?" A red head teen turned around and faced him. "Billy?" She asked.
