Percy

It was a good couple hours that we got to stay there before knowing we had to get dressed and do something about our hair that screamed we just had sex.

Heading to dinner, Thalia was in a really good mood. And I meant really fucking good.

Nico and Bianca were summoned by Chiron and Mr. D for some reason or the next and I put my foot down.

"Who is it?" I asked Thalia, knowing that only some girl could make her this happy. She was all smiles and good thoughts.

"What?" The daughter of Zeus asked me as Clarisse nudged her.

"Who's the girl?" Clarisse was nosy about everyone's love life but that's okay. We love her anyways. "That has you all smiles and giggles? You're only like this when there's one and you think you have a chance because something happened."

"Oh, whatever." Thalia denied, rolling her eyes. "You get on me the night of being happy but what did you guys do when Percy and Nico fell asleep together in his cabin?"

"Nothing," I told the daughter of Zeus. "Because I wasn't out. You're an outed lesbian, Thalia. Who is she?"

This argument went back and forth until she gave up.

"Oh my gods," Thalia told us after burning the remains of her food. "It's Bianca, are you happy?"

And suddenly shit felt weird.

I could end up being distantly related to Thalia. Sister in law she'd be.

But Jason realized something and he piped up, looking at me.

"Dude!" Jason told me. "We'd be weirdly distance bros then! Legit!"

When Nico and Bianca returned 30 seconds later, everyone kept the subject quiet. Because this could just be Thalia having a crush or something happened and if so I'm assuming Bianca isn't wanting anything to do with coming out any time soon.

But when campfire came rolling around?

Bianca and Thalia had been sitting on the ground next to each other. Up against a log so their arms didn't need to be behind them to support them.

Thalia had put her arm behind her, sort of behind Bianca as well. And seeing that I figured that whatever, it's normal. She's stretching or something.

It gets better.

Her arm got really close to Bianca, and Bianca had no shame in scooting towards the daughter of Zeus so Thalia could actually have her arm around the back of her waist, her hand coming up and around. Bianca. About as much as you could cuddle without screaming that you're a couple and being on the loveseat like Nico and I were, he was leaning up against me. Curled up in a ball.

Now, as you may have noticed earlier, camp has invested in getting more instruments and what not. Which I'm pumped about. I miss playing drums. But they had a drum set out along with the others things, and one of the Apollo children couldn't do Bon Jovi. And this was going to be a classics night.

You can't have it without Bon Jovi.

"You don't know Bon Jovi?" Will asked his brother.

"I know it," the guy defended himself. "I just don't know how to play it on the drums."

Hope was almost lost. But Nico, Bianca, Thalia, and Clarisse all looked at me because I'm assuming to them I can probably play anything.

More people joined in staring at me.

"Why are we staring at Percy?" Octavian asked a good question.

"That's a good question," I told him.

"Perseus Jackson," Annabeth started off. "I swear if you don't—"

"I'm going!" I admitted defeat, getting up from the loveseat and going to the throne (fun fact: a drummer seat is called a throne). I grabbed the sticks and I don't think people all wanted to take me seriously. They seemed humor at me trying to play drums.

"Alright." The son of Apollo remarked, seemingly humored. "You give love a bad name."

My favorite Bon Jovi song, mind you. But to be honest, these people must underestimate my taste in music and ability to do things that aren't Swordfighting or swimming.

But hey, they learned a new thing about me today. And that was that I could play the drums. Nobody seemed to know that aside the others that found out earlier and Grover. Grover knew I could play, he hated when I'd do it in the morning at Yancy. Nobody else cared. They would actually tell me that it's a nice thing to wake up to. Grover just hated it because it was in our dorm room.

Yancy's dorms were huge, man.

"And so it starts." Grover remarked as I went and sat back down after that song. "My headaches every morning."

I looked at my best friend.

"You know," I informed him. "You were the only one that complained. Everyone else loved my drumming at Yancy."

"It was 7:30 in the mornings."

"You should've been up anyways, classes started at 8."

But anyways, the sing along continued as Clarisse pointed out Thalia. And of course, Nico saw. And he just...

"I have a family of hypocrites."

Nico

Going to my cabin, Bianca had been there, in a really good mood. Somebody just walked into the bathroom. Thalia, I assume. Maybe Hazel. But I saw her five minutes ago with Frank going towards the fields. I had to find something half way decent. Percy and I are going out for desert. Which should be more of a usual thing.

"So," I casually brought it up as she jumped, not expecting me to come up from behind her. Bianca was sitting on the couch. "Thalia, huh?"

Bianca gave a hard look.

"What about her?"

"Well," I started to reason with her. "One, you don't know how to mask emotions. Two, neither does she. Three, she's gay. Four, she likes you. Five, you guys were basically cuddling at Campfire and you can't tell me you weren't."

"Okay, just because—"

"I'm going out for a few hours." I gave her a time to work with. "when I get back, you better have a girlfriend, alright? And it better be Thalia. I'll even leave you guys to have the cabin for yourselves if I come back to you two being a couple."

"You would've slept with Percy either way." My older sister pointed out. "You do every other night at Sally's."

"He could've slept here."
