Unknown P.O.V
It was a horrific stormy night the day before the anniversary of Connor's death. The animals hid with fright. Children hid under the covers of their parent's bed horrified of the thunder. Maddie slept well through the storm. There was a reason this storm was happening. A spirit wandered the earth. A headstone in the graveyard shook. A coffin shattered underneath the ground. The grass slowly rose to show a pale blond hair boy with scars and bones showing. The boy's name was Connor Blaze who is I. Yes, I am Connor Blaze. I am the boy whose heart stopped beating after a heartbreaking car crash. How was I walking on the earth again? Well, I was gaining up energy from local objects. I drained anything with energy since the day I died. I built up the energy to my body and I came out of my grave. What can I say? It's supernatural stuff that science couldn't explain. Yes I could've possessed a living soul to do my revenge. But, I wanted to see fear in my enemy's eyes. I wasn't floating around with anger spying on Devin and Maddie anymore! Now my spying was done, something else would take place tonight. I walked to Devin's house. I had a plan. I had a very good plan.I just needed the boy to look in my eyes while I killed him. I wanted to seethe guilt, and fear in his eyes. I searched around the front porch for a key.Apparently, hiding things well wasn't their cup of tea. The idiots had left it under the "welcome" mat. Well if the carpet says welcome then, I guess I'm welcomed to come in, I thought. I opened the door quietly, and closed it shut.I walked slowly across the white marble floor looking for a weapon. I knew that finding a gun wouldn't be that hard. Everyone had a gun to protect themselves these days. I didn't want a gun though. Guns don't let the person suffer much. I wanted the weapon that was thin and sharp. I wanted the weapon that was slick with many tricks. I knew just where to get this very item. I walked into the kitchen and searched the counters. There it was, shining bright silver. I held the knife in my hand smiling thinking of what I would do with it next. I walked out of the kitchen, and to the stairs. With each step my excitement grew more, and more. My big grin reflected off the shining knife. I reached the last step and took a deep breath. I had been waiting for this moment since the day I heard this idiot make Maddie laugh. I made my way quietly to his room and stopped at his door. I was careful not to wake anybody else up. I gripped the doorknob and opened the door slower than my deceased grandmother. I finally opened the door enough where I could slide myself in. I stood there for a couple of moments staring at Devin sleeping peacefully. I wanted to change that peace into complete horror. I held my knife in my hand and crept closer to the bed. An idea popped in my head as I studied the bed. I crept under the bed and took a moment to plan. I looked at the end of the blanket hanging off his bed, and pulled it off. Devin was stunned at the cold air hitting his skin. He pulled himself up and placed his feet on the floor to go get his blanket. This was my chance. I grabbed his ankle and pulled him down. He didn't have time to scream before I pulled him under the bed and cupped his mouth. I heard him mumble the words "Who are you?"under my hand.

"Wow, what a coincidence! I thought the same thing the day I heard you cheating with my girl." I said with a chuckle. Devin tensed and tried to move.

"Oh Devin, don't even try." I whispered in his ear. I used all my strength to keep that boy down. After he was too tired to move from struggling I took my chance.

"Maddie is mine. She is not yours." At the moment I said that I stabbed a knife through his heart, staring into his eyes. His body stopped working and that heart did not pump blood anymore. I pulled the knife out of his chest and studied it. The knife coated with blood gave me some closure. But, the gate wasn't locked yet.I left his corpse there. I didn't take more than a second to think about his hopeless parents. They should've raised him more like a gentleman! As I walked down the stairs and I probably looked like one of those sexy villains as they walked away from their crime on the television. I knew where to go next. A place I once felt loved and cuddled on the couch watching Hallmark movies with a girl. I thought her heart was gold but apparently  it was coal.

Even though I'm a supernatural mystery I still needed beauty sleep. I walked into a crooked abandoned house. It smelled of rotting wood and chipping paint, but it was good enough for me! I searched through all the rooms in the falling apart house, and I luckily found a old soggy bed. It may of smelled like dew, but it was all I needed for a good rest. See you in the morning Maddie.
