WHEN LEO HAD SUGGESTED GOING down to the lab to join Adam, Bree, and Chase in their last night in the house, she hadn't thought anything bad about it. In fact she knew they had made the right choice when they saw Adam, Bree, and Chase's face light up the moment they walked out of the elevator. But now, the next morning she was starting to regret that decision.

She was currently sitting on top of one of the control panels inside the lab with Leo and Bree sitting beside her. Her back, neck, and legs were killing her from having slept all night in an uncommon position and she stretched a little hoping to ease some of the pain but it didn't, it only created more pain causing a hiss to leave her lips.

"Ow, I'm so sore."

Leo glanced at her. "Me too, I can already feel the muscle spasm coming." He raised his voice. "I'm too young to be having muscle spasms!"

"What are you complaining about? I had to sleep all night with wet socks because you kept drooling on them." Adam spoke from the rolling chair he was sitting on. He had a small bowl of cereal in his hand which Lorelei had given him per his request once she had told him what cereal was.

"I wasn't drooling." Leo protested.

"Yes, you were." Adam insisted.

Before they could start bickering Bree interrupted them, her attention on Chase. "What are you doing?"

Stopping what he was doing, Chase turned around. "If Davenport is gonna ship is off to some remote facility, then the office supplies are coming with us." He threw a pencil holder into the basket he was holding and walked away to grab more stuff. Lorelei looked around trying to find more things to add into Chase's basket and spotted a stapler on one of the desks.

"Hey, you should grab that stapler." She pointed at the object and a smile took over Chase's lips.

"Good idea, Lori. Who doesn't need a stapler?" He threw it on his basket. "Oh, Davenport is going to be so pissed when he sees all of his stuff missing." Chase let out a crackle which Lorelei supposed was his evil laugh? It was strange but she wouldn't judge.

"Yeah, so pissed." Adam rolled his eyes as he calmly ate his cereal.

"We just got out first taste of normal life." Bree turn to Leo and her tone of voice raised in frustration. "I was this close to getting a curfew which I was totally gonna break."

"Ohh, but maybe when we get to wherever we're going, we'll meet a sassy lab chimp named Bobo who will take us on adventures and teach how to love." Adam exclaimed, and Lorelei nodded her head rapidly at his idea.

"Yes! And then he'll introduce you to his family and you guys can learn their language and customs!" Lorelei added to Adam's idea and the boy's grin widened with her words.

Chase placed his basket away and sat beside Bree. "Or you'll make him angry and he'll mail you and snack on your fingers." Lorelei frowned not liking the sound of that. Plus, weren't chimps pretty chill? They would never snack on peoples fingers. Maybe eat them.

Adam abruptly stood up. "Hey, only Lori and I get to create monkey fantasies around here." He directed a stern finger at Chase and Lorelei smiled, happy to have been giving that title but then her smile dropped when she remembered Adam, Bree, and Chase soon won't be in the lab anymore and she won't be able to hear Adam's animal fantasies.

The sound of a screen turning on caught her attention as Eddy came up on the screen. "Well, kids, I hope you've enjoyed your stay at casa Davenport." He shook his head. "I know I haven't. Sayonara!"

Bree crossed her hands on her knees and turned to look at the screen. "Eddy, I know we've never been the best of friends, but we're gonna miss you."

"Oh, really?" Eddy asked surprised.

"No!"

"We hate you!"

"You're evil!"

Leo turned to Eddy, asking the question everyone had been thinking about. "Where is this training facility anyway?"

"Facility x? Oh, it's all the rage." Eddy disappear from the screen and in replace a picture of a beautiful island showed up. The five teenagers let out sounds of approval. At least Adam, Bree, and Chase were going to a better place and not to some boring building.

"That pretty nice."

Eddy showed up again. "Oops! Sorry! That's my screen saver. You're going here." A picture of a facility hidden in snow came on screen and the group shared horrified looks. Lorelei couldn't imagine living in a place like that. She liked her freedom which she wouldn't get by basically living in Alaska.

"Forget office supplies we should be gathering wood." Chase grimaced.

Leo and Lorelei sighed jumping off the table. "Man, I wish I hadn't thrown that party. I can't help but think this is all my fault."

Lorelei wrapped an arm around Leo. "Our fault. I helped too."

Adam came beside Leo tapping his shoulder blade. "Oh, that's because it is all your fault." Leo and Lorelei looked at him offended. They weren't expecting him to actually blame them.

Bree glared at her older brother. "Adam! They were only trying to help us."

"Well, yeah, but they did the opposite. Which is not help us. The not makes it the opposite." Adam nodded to himself before his demeanor wavered. "I'm just so bummed. It's the only place we've ever known."

"Yeah, just think about all the memories we've shared here." The bionic siblings looked up recalling the memories in their heads with a smile making Lorelei wish she could see what they were thinking.

Leo spoke, snapping the three off of their memory. "I can't let Davenport send you guys away. Let me talk to him. No one can say no to this million-dollar smile." He showed off his smile and Lorelei shook her head.

"I've said no to that million-dollar smile before and also Tasha, Trent, Janelle, Principal Perry, our-"

Raising his hand, Leo stopped her. "Okay! I get it! People have said no to my million-dollar smile, but this time it would be different. I'm sure of it." He placed his hands on his hips confidently and Lorelei liked to believe his words were true. There was nothing wrong with holding on to some hope.

•◦ ◦•

Leo's million-dollar smile did not work, but he didn't have the guts to let Adam, Bree, and Chase know, so he lied and said Mr. Davenport would think about it. Lorelei walked into the living room to find Mr. Davenport putting up a blanket over a wire as a way to hide God-knows-what.

The blonde ignored him and went to the kitchen to grab a water bottle. She was still mad at him over his decision of sending Adam, Bree, and Chase away.

Mr. Davenport noticed she was there and asked, "Hey, Lorelei, have you seen Leo? There's something I want to show to the two of you." On cue, Leo and Tasha walked in. "Oh, great you're here. Good morning, happy family."

Tasha smiled skeptically eyeing the sheet. "What is that?"

"Whatever it is, don't get too attached." Lorelei made a sound of agreement as she walked to stand beside Leo who wrapped his arm over the girl's shoulders.

Davenport's smile dropped and for a second Lorelei felt bad but she tried reminding herself that in less than an hour Adam, Bree, and Chase would leave and it was all because of Mr. Davenport. "Look, guys, I know you're gonna miss Adam, Bree, and Chase. So, I laser scanned their features...," he removed the sheet to reveal a weird looking version of Adam, Bree, and Chase, "onto these bio-synthetic robots and I programmed them with their core personality traits." He grinned. "Is this great or what? It'll be like they never left."

Lorelei and Leo looked at him unimpressed and the latter moved to knock on Adam's shoulder causing a loud clanging noise to echo. Robot Adam moved and flicked Leo on the forehead resulting in Leo to groan in pain. Lorelei winced knowing that must have hurt. She flicked Robot Adam's forehead but she had underestimated how sturdy the metal was and a hiss left her mouth as she clutch her hand in pain.

Mr Davenport smiled. "What do you think?"

"I think the excitement of having a billionaire dad just wore off." Leo said, and both him and Lorelei moved to the kitchen to grab ice packs while Tasha talked to Mr. Davenport.

"Donald, I don't know about this. I kind of prefer Leo and Lori to have friends who can't malfunction and tear them limb from limb." She softly patted Mr. Davenport's chest after expressing her clear distaste towards the machines.

Lorelei pressed the ice pack over her now red fingers. She really needed to think a little before doing stuff but where was the fun in that?

Adam, Bree, and Chase walked in, and made their way towards the robot version of them. "What are those?!"

"Oh, Dr. Franken brain here is trying to replace you with creepy robots. Welcome to crazy town!" Leo joined the trio as he discarded the ice pack.

Lorelei's eyes widened at Leo's words and she walked to stand between Adam and Bree. "I love that show!" The blonde exclaimed, a grin making its way into her mouth at the memory of her childhood. She could still recall having to beg her parents to watch the show with her.

Davenport clicked something on his watch causing a beeping sound to come from the robots as Robot Adam started speaking, "Good morning. The time is 11:22 and the temperature is currently 68 degrees."

Adam frowned moving closer to his robot version. "You made a robot of me that just stands around telling people the time and the temperature?" Davenport nodded and Adam grinned. "That's the coolest thing I've ever seen!" He raised his hand for a high five but the robot stayed still.

Bree narrowed her eyes analyzing her copy. "Does my nose really look like that?"

"No," Robot Bree said, "Yours has a faint mustache underneath." Bree's jaw dropped and moved away from her copy as the guys started laughing.

Lorelei leaned towards Bree. "Don't be embarrassed. I also have one."  Bree faced her and squinted her eyes noticing Lorelei wasn't lying causing her to let out a gasp.

"You totally do." She smiled and shrugged, "At least we have something else in common." Lorelei nodded and linked her arm with Bree's.

The laughter quickly died down when Robot Chase started speaking, "Hey, Everyone. I'm Chase. Let's do, ma-ma-" he stuttered and Davenport slapped his chest, "ma- math."

Everyone but Chase erupted into laughter. "That is not funny."

Adam laughed, "no, you're right. It's fuh-fuh," Bree hit him, "funny." Chase crossed his arms but the group didn't have enough time to laugh at Adam's mocking because the doorbell rang, indicating Davenport's employee had arrived to take Adam, Bree, and Chase away. The teenagers shared saddened looks and moved to stand in front of the living room couch.

Opening the door, Mr. Davenport greeted the man, "Hey, Fitz. How's it going?" The man didn't respond, "How's life?" No response. "How's tricks?" No response. "Alrighty then." Mr. Davenport turned around, "You guys should've seen him at the Christmas party. He's a karaoke master."

Lorelei could feel the tears starting to form as Bree spoke, "Well, I guess this is it. Thanks for everything, Leo, Lori."

Chase nodded, "Yeah, you two are the best friends we've ever had."

"No, they're the only friends we've ever had." Adam said and Lorelei looked at him sadly.

Tasha approached them and engulfed the trio in a hug. "Well, don't forget to bundle up on your deadly missions."

They pulled away and this time Lorelei allowed the tears to flow as she embraced the trio. She hugged them as tight as she could. "I'm going to miss you guys." She pulled away and offered them a sad smile.

"Are you crying?" Adam gasped.

"What? No. I have um terrible allergies." She wiped the tears away and attempted to give them the biggest smile she could muster which neither of the three brought.

Adam smiled, and ruffled her hair. "We're going to miss you too, Lori."

The three made their way to the door and Mr. Davenport stopped them. "Hey, remember, this is a good thing. Without any distractions. You might finish your training early." His words didn't have much effect as they nodded and walked away but not before turning one last time to wave at Leo and Lorelei which the pair returned.

Once they left, Eddy popped up on the screen. "Woo hoo! They're gone!"

"Eddy." Davenport warned.

"I mean, have a safe trip. I love you."

•◦ ◦•

Leo and Lorelei walked into the lab. In all honesty Lorelei wasn't keen on going back to the lab now that Adam, Bree, and Chase were gone but Leo had insisted saying he wanted to check out some stuff that he saw. Lorelei slowly trailed behind Leo and her eyes fell on the three robot copies of Adam, Bree, and Chase who were standing in the corner. The blonde narrowed her eyes at them and Robot Adam turned to her, "Hello, insert name here. Would you like to engage in silly, happy, fun time?"

"Does silly, happy, fun time, include free cooking lessons? If not, then I'm not interested." Lorelei said. Hey, if Adam, Bree, and Chase were going to be replaced by robots, she had to find the positive side of it.

Leo turned around and looked at Lorelei. "Don't talk to them." He turned his attention to the robots. "Get lost. You can't replace our real friends. I really loved those guys."

Lorelei let out a sighed and followed after Leo who grabbed a comic book while Robot Chase said, "Don't be sad, Mr. Leo, Miss Lorelei, friends come and go, but robots are forever." The three robots stood beside them. "Dibbly. Dibbly. That is my version of a laugh. Dibbly. Dibbly."

Stoping his reading Leo spat, "Will you tin eyes get out of here?" He walked towards the control panel in front of the capsules and Lorelei stayed behind, staring up at Robot Chase curiously. She raised her hand and flicked his forehead and her eyes widened when her fingers didn't pulse in pain like last time.

"Wow, I could've sworn you robots were sturdier." She looked down at her hand and grinned. "Or I'm getting stronger! Yes!"

"Sensing human hostility." Lorelei's eyes widened at Robot Chase's words and she slowly walked backwards to where Leo was.

"Must Exterminate."

"Robots attack."

Lorelei shared a panicked look with Leo and he asked, "What did you do?!"

"Nothing!"

Eddy came up on screen and started chanting. "Yeah, go Robots. Get them! Crush them! Go for the brain."

The three Robots surrounded the pair trapping them between the control panel and their bodies. "Destroy Leo and Lorelei! Destroy Leo and Lorelei!"

Both struggled against the Robots grasp. Lorelei watched Leo get held back by Robot Bree while she could feel her hands being pinned behind her back by a pair of strong hands. She turned her head to see Robot Adam holding her and she trashed around as both Leo and her started screaming.

"Leo! Lori! We're not robots!" In their adrenaline, the two kept struggling against the hold until Bree's words settled in and they stopped. "It's really us!"

Lorelei turned around to find Adam already looking down at her with a grin. She was still confused so she turned her attention to Leo who also held a puzzled look. "Huh?"

Chase noticed their confusion and explained, "We told the driver we forgot something, and then we swapped the robots in our place."

Adam moved from behind Lorelei and lowered down to Leo's height. "You said you loved us. You said you loved us." He puckered his lips and made kissing noises. Leo walked forward before raising his hand and slapping Adam across the face. "Ow!"

"It is you guys!" Leo beamed and hugged Adam. The taller boy frowned but still returned the embrace. Bree, Chase, and Lorelei joined, creating a group hug. The jumped in circles in celebrity before detaching themselves from the embrace.

Lorelei leaned against the other control panel and pouted, "Man, you're telling me I cried for nothing."

Bree raised an eyebrow in amusement and crossed her arms in front of her chest. "Didn't you say they were allergies?"

Lorelei's expression dropped, realizing her mistake which she tried to cover with an awkward smile, "They were."

"Wait, what about Davenport?" Leo asked, reminding them of the bigger problem.

"Oh, we'll just have to act like dumb robots every single time he's around." Adam explained making Leo and Lorelei nod in understanding.

"It'll be easier for some of us than others." Bee added.

•◦ ◦•

"All right, let's make this quick so we can get out of here." Lorelei watched Leo close the fridge and walked towards Adam, Bree, and Chase who were sitting in the kitchen stools. She ate a spoonful of cereal as Leo started passing around the food he had collected from the fridge. "Adam, for breakfast, you get wheat bread and a side of sugar packets."

"My favorite!" Adam clapped his hands and grabbed the bag of bread.

"Bree, you get two old wings and a drumstick from the chicken shack." Leo gave the small box to Bree and she took it happily. He moved over to Chase who waited expectantly for his food. "And Chase, you can have the peel to my banana."

Chase's smile dropped when Leo passed him the banana peel. "I'm not eating a banana peel."

Leo scrunched his face. "You don't eat it. You just chew it till all the flavors gone."

When Lorelei saw Chase's face of consideration, she frowned and grabbed a new spoon from the counter drawer and switched the spoon she was using for the new one before leaning over the kitchen island and passing the bowl of cereal to him. "Here, you can have the rest of my Lucky Charms."

A look of surprise took over Chase's face and he looked between the bowl and Lorelei's face before a smile slowly took over his lips. "Thanks, Lori!"

"You're welcome." The blonde smiled as the trio started eating their breakfast.

"Hey! What's going on?" Tasha walked in and immediately Adam, Bree, and Chase stopped eating. Leo and Lorelei turned to Tasha trying to act as normal as they could. Though they failed miserably.

"Mom!" He approached her. "Look at you in the kitchen. We are just having a healthy breakfast."

Lorelei nodded with a big smile. "Yup! Full of healthy and energizing nutrients."

Tasha looked at them strangely. "Honey, they're robots, they don't eat." As Tasha moved to open the fridge, Adam, Bree, and Chase started devouring the food and Lorelei grimaced.

"Yeah, it's not like their humans or anything." The blonde said right as Tasha turned around causing Adam, Bree, and Chase to freeze in their spot.

Leo shook his head at her words. "Anyway, I was thinking, today might be a good day to take them to school with us."

"Yes!" Bree exclaimed, making Tasha, Leo, and Lorelei to turn to her. Trying to fix her mistake Bree added, "I mean, Bee-Dee-beep." She smiled and waved.

"Leo, you're not taking robots to school. Your teachers already think you're a little weird."
Tasha placed a hand on Leo's shoulder and Lorelei walked to the pair and stood in front of Tasha in an attempt of blocking her vision from Adam, Bree, and Chase so the trio could continue eating the food without Tasha noticing which surprisingly worked.

"What makes you say that?" Leo asked.

"Because on your last progress report, it said, 'we think Leo's a little weird.'"

Lorelei turned her attention to Tasha. "Wait! What did they say about me?"

The question caused an unknown expression to fall on Tasha's face before she forced a smile. "Nothing out of the ordinary." She pushed Leo and Lorelei by their shoulders. "Now go to school."

"Fine!"

•◦ ◦•

Right when the school bell rang indicating the day was over, Leo and Lorelei sprinted out of the building and back to their house. It took them a few breathing pit stops but they had made it. Leo was the first to open the door and run in, with a sweaty and tired Lorelei slowly following behind.

Leo dropped his backpack on the floor and Lorelei did the same before making their way to Mr. Davenport and Tasha, who were in the kitchen. "Where are the robots?! I ran all the way home, and I wasn't even being chased!"

"I need water." Lorelei sighed and put her hair into a high messy bun. She fanned her face in hopes of drying the layer of sweat that had formed on her pale skin but the act didn't help much.

Mr. Davenport looked at them in amusement as the two teenagers took a seat on the kitchen stools. He passed the two a glass of water and they started chugging it down.

"Leo, Lori, the robots are gone. We just dropped them off at the recycling facility." At her words, both teenagers spit out their drinks and turned to Tasha.

"You what?!" They shouted.

"Yep. They're being melted down as we speak. Don't tell anybody. They're probably toxic." Davenport chuckled and took a sip of his drink.

"No! We have to go get them! They're not robots they're real!" Leo stood up and Lorelei massaged her temples doing her best to stay calm.

"This is bad. This is really really bad." The blonde murmured under her breath and Tasha shook her head and looked at Mr. Davenport.

"Okay, see, this is why I didn't want those things around." She whispered. "They're delusional."

Leo rapidly shook his head and Lorelei wondered if his head would fall off from the quick movements. "No. It's really Adam, Bree, and Chase. You have to believe us! There isn't much time!" The frustration in Leo's voice was clear. For all they knew Adam, Bree, and Chase could be dead by now. "Come on, Lori, back me up!"

Lorelei finished her glass of water and stood up. "We're not being delusional. We're telling the truth. Please, It's really Adam, Bree, and Chase."

"Guys, stop." Tasha wrapped her arms around them while Davenport moved around the kitchen island to stand in front of them.

"Leo, Lorelei, when I was your age, I had to say goodbye to a lot of my friends. There was Lava Man and Stretch Legstrong and Jo Jo Bigs and all of his friends in the space cantina." He recalled the names with a giddy smile but his words didn't have the effect he wanted.

Leo scoffed, "Those are all action figures."

"More like fully poseable pieces of my heart."

•◦ ◦•

"I'm not stealing a little girl's bike!" Lorelei refused, instantly turning down Leo's idea. The two had sneak out of the house the moment Tasha and Mr. Davenport left them alone. They had to do something, it wouldn't be like them to stay still without knowing if Adam, Bree, and Chase were okay. So, they decided to go to the recycling center in hopes of finding the bionic trio still okay or at least alive. But the two didn't have any fast mode of transportation except for their legs, and they had already used those to run all the way home. So, Leo suggested borrowing their neighbors bicycle to get to the recycling facility faster.

"Oh, come on! We don't have much time! We can save a lot of time if we use the bicycle." Leo insisted. He saw Lorelei's doubtful look so he added with a persuading smile. "Plus, you can scratch it off your bucket list."

"But stealing someone's bike isn't in my bucket list." Lorelei revealed.

Leo opened his arms in disbelief. "It will now." He pleaded. "We're losing time Lorelei!"

Lorelei sighed, "Okay, fine. Let's go." She quickly got on the bicycle and Leo sat behind her wrapping his arms around her waist tightly. Without any other thought she took off. Thankfully the house was on a small hill so she didn't have to do much pedaling as the bicycle rolled down on its own. Once they went down the hill, Lorelei started pedaling as fast as her legs could muster. She could feel her legs burning in pain but she pushed through it.

The recycling center wasn't that far from the house so it didn't take them long to get there. Discarding the bike outside they quickly walked around calling out for the trio. In the midst of their search they got dangerously close to the crushing machine and fell through a huge gap.

Screams left their mouths as they fell in and down on some trash bags. "Leo? Lori?" A familiar voice spoke and with a few groans Leo and Lorelei stood up to see Adam, Bree, and Chase across from them and beside the exit door. Their clothes were wrinkled and hair messy. They looked like they gone through hell and back.

"No! It's Oprah and Jenny Jones!" Leo exclaimed before yelling. "Get us out of here!"

Behind Adam, Bree, and Chase, the exit door opened to reveal Mr. Davenport and Tasha. Bree gasped, "Mr. Davenport!"

Adam turned away from the man and resumed his Robot act. "Hello, we are robots."

Mr. Davenport placed his hands on his hips clearly not buying the act causing Chase to give Adam a look. "Dude, I think he knows."

Adam dropped his facade letting out an annoyed breath. "Well, now he does."

Steam started coming out of the walls and spraying on Leo and Lorelei. They jumped at the unexpected sound, trying to cover their bodies from the steam before letting out a series of screams. Both tried stopping the walls from moving any further with their hands but it was in vain. The wall was pushing them closed and closer to the crushing machine.

"I'll find somebody to shut it off." Mr. Davenport went to leave but Bree stopped him.

"There isn't enough time!"

A bulb light up in Chase's face as he turned to Adam and Bree. "Guys, I have an idea."

Leo and Lorelei didn't give up and continued pushing the wall. It was obvious their small bodies wouldn't be able to stop the wall from advancing towards them. Not only that but their bodies were exhausted from the running and pedaling they had done completely removing any strength they initially had.

As the two kept attempting to stop the wall, screams erupted from above them, and down from the gap on the ceiling Adam, Bree, and Chase fell down.

Adam struggled to get to his feet. Actually, all of the did. "Ah, it never gets old."

Chase turned to Leo and Lorelei. "Leo, Lori, what are you doing here?"

"We came to save you guys." Leo explained and Lorelei nodded. Her feet felt like jelly as she tried to keep herself steady. It was hard to maintain balance so she took a hold of the closest thing to her to help stabilize herself, which happened to be Adam's arm. He didn't seem to mind as he allowed her to hold on to him.

"Oh, thanks we're good." Adam said smiling at Leo and Lorelei. "Ha. Sweet kids."

"Come on, let's do this." Bree spoke.

This seemed to activate Chase's mission leader side. "Okay, Leo, Lorelei, hold on to Adam."

"Done." Lorelei sighed out tightening her grip on Adam's left arm as she lopped her arm with his. The events of the day were already taking a toll on her so she just wanted to get this done with. Leo wrapped his arms around Adam's right side as Chase continued his instructions.

"And then we'll all go through it together, okay? Three, two-"

"Hey, what's that?" Leo detached himself from Adam and moved over to Lorelei's side where a red button was placed on the wall. He pressed it causing the recycler to come to a stop.

Chase nodded awkwardly. "That would be the off button."

Leo smiled proudly at himself and Adam nodded. "Yeah!" He noticed the glares on Bree's and Chase's face. "Oh, you guys didn't see that?"

Lorelei rubbed her eyes. "I'm tired. Can we go home?" She kept her hold on Adam while the rest nodded in agreement.

"Yeah, let's go."

•◦ ◦•

"Oh, thank heavens! You all made it home safe and-" Eddy blew a raspberry as they walked through the front door. Tired of his antics, Davenport swiped his finger on the screen, shutting Eddy off.

Lorelei took a seat on the red chair while Leo and Tasha stood beside it. Adam, Bree, and Chase sat on the couch and they all got mentally ready for the upcoming scolding they would receive from Mr. Davenport. "I don't know what you kids were thinking pulling a stunt like that. You could've seriously hurt yourselves."

Adam smiled, "Yeah, but you gotta admit, my robot accent was dead on." He changed his voice to imitate a robot.

Chase stared at him exasperated. "Can we please take him back to the recycling center?"

Tasha turned to Leo and Lorelei. "And, you two, why didn't you tell us that Adam, Bree, and Chase were still here?"

"You didn't ask." Lorelei shrugged causing Tasha to purse her lips.

Ignoring her comment, Leo answered the question. "Because we were trying to protect our friends. And I'm still gonna protect my friends." He marched towards Davenport. "That's right, you wanna send them away you have to go through me first. It's go time, little man. It's not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog. And there's a lot of fight in this little doggie. Come on! Uh-huh!" He jumped around Mr. Davenport with his fists up and Adam, Bree, Chase, and Lorelei shared amused smiles.

Mr. Davenport took a hold of Leo's arms, stopping him from moving. "Leo, calm down. They're not going anywhere."

"Oh, don't you- wait, what?" Leo asked and Lorelei sat up on the chair being now all ears.

"Watching you guys risk your lives for each other made me realize something. Maybe I've been focusing too much on training the super human side of you, and I forgot all about the human part." Mr Davenport revealed and Lorelei couldn't help but smile. Maybe Davenport wasn't so bad.

"Aww," Adam turned to Bree and Chase. "I don't get it."

Davenport placed a hand on Adam's shoulder. "You're teenagers and bionic or not, you deserve to experience teenager things. Like school and classes and cell phones."

Bree raised from the couch clearly loving the news. "Yes! A cell phone! I'm living the dream. Whooo!"

Davenport shook his head. "Yeah, you're not getting a cell phone. But what I can give you is another chance. Maybe there's a way that you can live here, go to school and go on missions"

"Are you serious?" Chase asked as him and Adam joined Bree.

"So they can stay?" Leo and Lorelei asked.

"On one condition." Davenport looked at the trio sternly. "No one can ever find out about your abilities and you have to control your emotions so you don't glitch."

"Done!"

"Okay!"

"Absolutely!"

"All right, then, welcome home." Mr. Davenport smiled, wrapping his arms around Tasha and Leo. Lorelei stayed out on the chair. She didn't feel like standing up.

"Whoo hoo! Yeah!" Adam lifted his fists in the air and through his excitement a blue wave of energy surged through his arm and out through his hands, one after the other. Everyone duked down and Lorelei curled herself in a ball on the chair. Adam's glitch caused parts of the ceiling to fall down and the glass table to break. "Whoops!"

Leo turned to Mr. Davenport, who were both leaning on the chair Lorelei was laying on. "He has plasma grenades?" He grinned. "My life just for a whole lot better."

Bree and Lorelei bonding over having a faint mustache>>>>

This was a long chapter because I didn't want to divide the episode into parts.

Also Lorelei is so baby. Before anyone says anything about her getting tired easily, it's because she's used to doing nothing. What a mood right? But now with Adam, Bree, and Chase around she'll get used to it.

Who should fall first? Adam or Lori? Lmk hehe.
