the rules are simple:

01. you can come back and get your account rated as many times as you would like

02. be patient. i don't think i will take too long but i do have school and a graphics shop i need to put up AND a graphics contest i am in the middle of so it might take some time. 

03. you can change your theme as much as you want

04. the password is the first letter of your username.
