Natasha and Emilia were currently walking to Nat's house. Natasha had invited her over to study.
They walked in a comfortable silence as the duo walked through puddles due to it constantly raining.

"So what's you mom like?" Emilia's voice cut through the silence. Nat looked over to her.

"Weird and calm. But my aunt, Serena is even weirder. The weirdness just runs in the family." She answered. Emilia looked oddly at her strange answer, but shook out of it since she already knew she was weird.

"And your dad?" Natasha looked down at her innocent question. Emilia noticed her change of behavior and quickly tried taking back her question, but Nat cut her off.

"It's ok." She ended her friends rambling. "He died in a car crash. My aunt helped her though it though. They are very close." She lied. It wasn't really lie, he did die, but not in a crash. Her mother and him fell in love, even when he knew she was a witch, but he still stayed with her.
He died saving her mother from a witch that chose the wrong path. He sacrificed himself for her, because he wanted his child and his wife to live. Valentina was devastated for months, but Serena helped her through it.

Emilia looked at her sympathetically. "I'm sorry." Natasha shook her head, "No, it's ok. You didn't know."

They walked in her house to see her aunt flipping through the spell books as Valentina hovered over her reading it with her. Natasha cleared her throat, getting the attention of  the older witches. Their eyes landed on Emilia looking around the house.

They quickly closed the book, and jumped up from where they were sitting at the table.
Valentina smiled kindly at Emilia while Serena gave her a small smile.

"Mom, Serena, this is Emilia. My friend." She introduced, Emilia giving a smile shake Serena's hand, but when she tried shaking Valentina's, her mother went straight for a hug, surprising Emilia but none the less, she hugged back.
As they were hugging, Valentina flashed her white eyes at them, a sign that a witch or a becoming witch was near.

When Emilia pulled away, Valentina quickly masked her shocked expression to a welcoming smile.
Natasha had a confused expression on too, as well as her aunt. Emilia noticed their looks, "Is something wrong?"

Natasha and Serena snapped out of it and quickly answered her, "Uh, yes. Mom, we came here to study." She quickly changed the the topic, not wanting to expose themselves.

"Ah, well, carry on." Valentina and her sister walked into the kitchen, not saying anything else.

Natasha entered the living room where the older witches were sitting after saying goodbye to Emilia.

"This is great! It's been a long time since we have met a witch." Serena gleefully said. Valentina shook her head. "Serena, you know that becoming witches are dangerous."

Natasha decided to cut in, "So when do you think that she will fully become one?"
Her mother shrugged. "It's hard to tell. But you need to keep a eye on her, and make sure she doesn't lose her temper and expose us."

"We should tell the Uley pack. Warn them." Serena said. Natasha looked at them in confusion. "Wait, there are a pack here?" There was anger in her voice. They never told her about there being a shapeshifters in La Push.

Her mother nodded. "We made an agreement with them before we came here. We would mind our own business if they would mind their own. And we would warn them if there was any danger."
Witches and shapeshifters were always allies. They would fight together against cold ones.

"But Emilia isn't dangerous. She would never hurt people." Natasha defended her friend.
The two nodded their heads in agreement. "You're right, but becoming witches don't know how to harness their powers. We have to be safe." Valentina glanced at her sister and continued. "We're meeting with them tomorrow."

The pack was wolfing down the muffins Emily made (get it?XD bad pun I know) in the kitchen, until they smelled unfamiliar scents. They all went outside to see three beautiful brunette women standing outside the house.

Sam walked ahead of all of them, and he was the only one that recognized the older witches. "Ms. Silvers. What are you doing here?" His voice rang with power and dominance as he stood tall.

Valentina held up her hands in surrender, "We are not here to fight, we're here to warn you." Her voice held no emotion along with her face. The sisters looked at each other before Serena spoke clearly.

"There is a becoming witch in town. We are telling you to stay away from her until she fully becomes one." The pack except for Sam, looked confused.

"What is her name?" Sam asked. The older witches looked at Natasha, along with the entire pack.

"Emilia Quinn."

"That silent nerd?"  Paul scoffed, making Nat snap her eyes to him, her eyes turning like yellow cat eyes. The pack gasped at her true witch eyes as she glared at Paul.

"Watch what you say about her." She snapped. Paul and her locked eyes. His breath caught in his throat. He thought she was beautiful before, but now she was impossibly beautiful. He felt like he would be anything, do anything for her, whether it's a brother, friend, Protector, a lover. He would love all her flaws.

Her yellow eyes slowly started fading back to its natural hazel. Even though it was hard, she tore her gaze from him, making a barely audible whine leave his chest. She didn't know why, but she felt like she needed to be by his side. But she wouldn't show affection to a man she just met.

The pack looked shocked at him, but they got over that and started congratulating him, and patted him on the back.

The older witches watched as they did. "Damn it."
