Charlotte harmony Van der woodsen was an unplanned child. Who was conceived from a one night between two who were both having marital problems and wanted a little relief. So Lily had made the decision to put child up for adoption and to never tell Rufus that was pregnant. And so Charlotte grew up in a strange town called rosewood

Taken in by the Rosier family Charlotte van der woodsen was now Char Vinda Rosier. Char grew up in a loving home with an older sister was the 'It girl' before she graduated a year before char started high school.

In her freshman year  she had met Spencer Hastings one of the smartest girls in their class along herself.

Then there was Aria Montgomery a little artistic girl with bright pink stripes in her hair.

Hanna Marin was the kind of girl who wore her heart on her sleeve.

Obviously trying to figure out where she fit in her school extracurriculars Char she had met Emily Fields trying out for the swim team which she failed but that not the point.

Then there was last but certainly not least the one and only Alison Dilaurentis the girl next door when she was younger Allison used to be the sweetest girl who would always come over for sleepovers and played dates.

This however stopped in grade five when Ali made friends Naomi and Riley who often used bullied her for being adopted and not knowing who her parents were. It wasn't until the year before freshman year that Alison dropped Riley and Naomi and Became friends with her along with all the other girls.

All of that changed on the night labor day of 2009. The night Alison disappeared along with most of their friendships
